hey it oways takes me insane ammounds of time to start up eve.
after 15 minutes of gaming my screen starts to freeze up everey 1 minute making me having to rebeoot becouse of a client memory leak wich is still not fixed.
but now im having HUGE lag to the game is now not play able. im in this deklein region and evry one else has it to.

Statistically, EvE is actually the most stable of all the major MMOs in terms of uptime and lag by the way, thought I'd point that out.

This sounds like a problem with your computer, because I don't have this problem with mine.
If it takes 15 minutes to start up EVE, I'd highly recommend you clear your cache.

You are obviously new and shouldnt make hasty conclusions of eve based on short term experience. If 25000 players spend part of their weekends in the game, it cant be all bad, can it?
And oh, eve seems to be experiencing some temporary problems right now. Its not the end of the world.

in normal morpgs u have like alot of difrend servers wich u can chooze from and a few huge noob-lag towns. in eve evryting lags and u have 1 server u cant choose a other one if its down or broken

It seems like The Wizz117 only plays EVE so he can point out faults on the forums.. badly as well.
Please.. just stop, maybe even leave EVE if you hate it that much, after all, its clear the way other MMO's work is so much better, so WHY DON'T YOU GO PLAY THEM... HMMM?!

EVE virtually never crashes for me; when it does it is a rare and unpleasant surprise. It is indeed impressively stable for an MMO!

I love eve, but this has to be the most unstable game I've played... and I've played alot (including mir, daoc, wow, planetside).
I don't get lag and the game runs smooth as a dream, but the damn thing crashes to desktop enough to cause a nervous break down, dailly freakin' random mid combat soul destroying no warning crashes.
my machine eats eve for breakky and my broadband connection is over kill...
in the process of trying to log them so don't flame me

EVE is a damn stable game, i've played it for nearly 2 years now and its come on leaps and bounds, games like WoW never change, we've had all sorts of wonderful new content added and we don't pay for expansions, EVE is here to stay and if you don't like it then in the kindest possable way **** off 
If you think EVE is sooooo bad go play one of those second rate MMO's where you don't lose things when you die and where all the places are protected so people can't PK you, we don't need whiners and babies in our game you just make yourselves look like fools.

my computer can handle battle field 2 with no problems on high grafic settings
its not my computer. speaking aboud batle field it had a memory leak a while ago and it was world news and they fixed it in 1 day
eve has a memory leak for months now and u dont even read anyting aboud it here.
its not realy a difrence its not a mmrogp its the client memory leak im talking aboud.
is it becouse eve is not to be compared with battle field? becouse battle field has way more players? becouse battle field is way better quality? is that why other games are just better? or is it becouse other games have just more players bigger developers and more money to spend on programers for creating games?
i think its both

I've played quite a lot of MMO's in recent years, and EVE is without a doubt the most stable one of the bunch, including both eq's, wow, enb, l2, ro, and more.
EVE is by far the least laggy one of them, aswell as the most reliable one.
No matter what people are trying to attribute to CCP - if something goes wrong, and no one else experiences it, it might be your own pc?
I've had my share of disconnects, but i;ve traced those down to my own connection.
I've had my share of crashes, but i traced those down to faulty display drivers/dx9 installations.
I suggest you look on your own computer first.

How many players do you have playing that game on the same server at the same time, what max of about 32 for most FPS games, well thats a little different to 25000 on the same cluster, now i suggest you quit whining and actually compare the player loads on other games before you start whining at EVE.

I used to have huge problems with lag in eve but upgraded my chip and ram set and in the 4 months since i have had ZERO lag and have been booted a grand total of ZERO times.Absolutly not complaints here at all

God damn stop whining..
BF2 isnt a MMORPG, it has like 64 players max per server. They NEVER fixed ANYTHING that fast, DICE does belong to EA afterall, and EA support is horrible. BF2 has way too many issues to be called better than any game. Also, there have been SEVERAL news posts/dev blogs on the memory leak.
I have also never had EVE crash on me, im thinking you have a ****ty ass computer. Ive only crashed two or three times so far, and it takes about 30 seconds to login, and get on my character. Try clearing your cache.
Finally, you think its both? You listed more than two things.

Firstly i doubt it was world news and secondly there are massive code differences between an MMO and an FPS game, in the FPS code its going to be very easy to pin down the problem and fix, with the MMO the code is massively more diverse and a lot more difficult to debug and fix and as people have experienced with patches, some fixes break other features because the code is so deep, they have to make sure they can fix the memory issue without ******* over the rest of the game and making it completely unplayable.
