Are you whiners all so poor? It seems that the $13 a month you spend entitles you to perfection. How many of you have gone through a drive-thru and got ripped off? I mean people, $13 isnt too much money at all.
Some of you whiners remind me of the dumb customers that would call my call center (when I did that) and complain about the dumbest things. Who cares if the game isnt perfect? Not I. Can you find a stable game for your little console that can even hold a dim candle to the experience you get in Eve. And its ONLY $13 a month. Quite a deal IMO.

Looking at your comment I have to assume that you don't work for your money and probably still have mommy and daddy paying your computer needs.
The point is not the $13. If it was, no one would be here *****ing about the game.
The point is that most of us who work don't like to continuously pay (no matter how much) for something that does not work.
Agreed EVE is great and fantastic and amazing in it blah blah blah, but the fact remains that WE are the consumers and WE ARE paying for this dam thing to work right.
You don't care about the $13...pay for my months please.

A value meal runs me 6 bucks at McDonalds. When it's ****ed up, I take it back and complain.
Only an idiot would take something they paid and didn't get without complaint.

I could eat at the italian restaurant next to the office building. But lunch is only an hour and good italian food takes most of that just to arrive.
Great brick oven pizza tho

I work for my money and I think EVE is a great value, even with all its problems.
I pay a hell of a lot more than $13 a month for a lot of things in life; heat, electricity, taking care of my cat, cable, food, telephone cals, renting movies, etc., etc.
Plenty of things cost more than EVE and don't provide me with nearly as much satisfaction. It's a good value in my opinion.

The value of your dollar is just that: the value of your dollar. Nobody has any right to tell you how much your dollars are worth but yourself.
The original poster is an arrogant little sod trying to tell others what their dollars are worth.

I agree, nobody should tell anyone what thier money is worth, but...
It is a widely known fact that the customer is always an A-hole! hehehe.
Anyway ***** if you want, ***** about the *****ers if you want... I just know ONE simple fact:
Walk into ANY store, at least near where I live, and start talking to the managers or employees the same way SOME Of the people here complain, and see how long it is before they ask you to leave the store before they call the cops...
I'm dead serious.
Complaints and feed back, requests for refunds things like that is one thing, flaming insulting hostile nonsense should never be glorified as the customers god given right...
Why do you think the poor slobs working the register in most places always have a frown on thier face and want nothing more than to **** in your pool?
Heres another tip... If you ever walk into a Macdonalds, and curse out the guy who ****** up your burger and insult him till the cows come home before begging for another one made properly, I wouldn't eat it... If you know what I mean.
So yes there is a difference between asking for getting your moneys worth and being an arrogent little jackass who thinks he owns the place because he paid $5 for a hamburger, or $13 for a video game monthly payment.
I ALWAYS treated polite but disatisfied customers with respect, and would bend over backword to make sure you left getting what you paid for, when I worked in retail and customer service... I always understood angry customers and tried to defuse em and satisfy them or at least explain the situation to thier understanding.
But the MOMENT you started cursing me out or stepping out of line (that last bit is hard to define, but most people know what I mean)I did my best to remain professional while telling you to get out of my place of employment and take your buisiness elsewhere...
I have always said, give the whiners/flamers and idiots a place to whine and rant and let the honest and unemotional complainers/critics have EVE T-shirts as a reward for helping make the game better. course thats a pipe dream I imagine when it comes to the internet hehehe.
Galaxion > If you drove a car shaped like a thorax women would call you Demangel > Dude... I would call.. Demangel > wait that sounded g@y I bet. Galaxion > Just a bit.

Agree totally with you Demangel, but when you complain politely and nicely about things... ...repeatedly... ...and nothing gets done, you really get the urge to bash your head into somethi- Oooh, I got a wall here, scuse a mo. *banging can be heard from Drethens' ship, followed by cursing and more banging* _______________________________________________________________________

I must really be missing something here. The game works for me, there are a few minor hitches but generally, the game works fine, and It's what I expect from an online game that costs me $20 (Aussie Dollars).
Never have I seen so many armchair critics. If the problems were so easily fixed, they would have been by now. Keep at it CCP
