I agree, nobody should tell anyone what thier money is worth, but...
It is a widely known fact that the customer is always an A-hole! hehehe.
Anyway ***** if you want, ***** about the *****ers if you want... I just know ONE simple fact:
Walk into ANY store, at least near where I live, and start talking to the managers or employees the same way SOME Of the people here complain, and see how long it is before they ask you to leave the store before they call the cops...
I'm dead serious.
Complaints and feed back, requests for refunds things like that is one thing, flaming insulting hostile nonsense should never be glorified as the customers god given right...
Why do you think the poor slobs working the register in most places always have a frown on thier face and want nothing more than to **** in your pool?
Heres another tip... If you ever walk into a Macdonalds, and curse out the guy who ****** up your burger and insult him till the cows come home before begging for another one made properly, I wouldn't eat it... If you know what I mean.
So yes there is a difference between asking for getting your moneys worth and being an arrogent little jackass who thinks he owns the place because he paid $5 for a hamburger, or $13 for a video game monthly payment.
I ALWAYS treated polite but disatisfied customers with respect, and would bend over backword to make sure you left getting what you paid for, when I worked in retail and customer service... I always understood angry customers and tried to defuse em and satisfy them or at least explain the situation to thier understanding.
But the MOMENT you started cursing me out or stepping out of line (that last bit is hard to define, but most people know what I mean)I did my best to remain professional while telling you to get out of my place of employment and take your buisiness elsewhere...
I have always said, give the whiners/flamers and idiots a place to whine and rant and let the honest and unemotional complainers/critics have EVE T-shirts as a reward for helping make the game better. course thats a pipe dream I imagine when it comes to the internet hehehe.
