BOB have seen that perhaps they should regroup and target PS before ASCN get there first?
I do not think BOB saw the ASCN push into PS coming...at least not immediatly after the Huzzah excursion. Or did they? (Apparently tin foils hats ARE available at the kiosk) --

If we wanted catch, we will would have had it by now. Why stop only in V2-? No as stated by Galvet...we are here to have fun, and fun we did have. Kudos to all pilots that fought.

I don't think any Huzzah pilot who is the slightest bit realistic thinks otherwise right now, although even if you were waging a war of occupation that wouldn't have stopped us from resisting until every last POS was reduced to ash and every last warship was smashed apart. Yeah, we probably would've been screwed, but I'd sooner be screwed and bankrupted than roll over and die quietly.
Actually, I'm really thankful that you guys came by and shook things up like you did. I had some great fun myself, and it's highlighted some problems with the way we've been doing things so far. Can't help but learn a few things when you cross swords with the best, I suppose!

While I didn't get in on a lot of killmails. That's not normally my style, I had fun running around, and providing protection for those entering and leaving stations and whatnot. Also fun shooting down shields. I swear we took down the station with drones alone...
GF BoB, hopefully we'll fight again, but not too soon. :) --

The system they captured is a dead-end one, surrounded quite literally by many other FIX systems, hence they are locked in. -----------------------------------------------

Like I have told my RL friend from Huzzah, take this experience as PVP training and learn from it. Learn what not to do, how to protect your home better, who your friends/allies really are. BoB was never here to destroy you, BoB was here to help you learn the errors of your ways and you proved to be an up and comers that we can respect and have fun with in the future. GL and props for the fights we had this weekend. See you on the battlefield soon.

Yeah, it was just like every good party I have ever had in my house: some people I didn't know showed up, some stuff got broken, a few people lost things, I have a headache the next morning and my house smells funny.
BUT
It was also a hell of a good time and I would definitely do it again!

The battle of Catch is over as the last of the BoB forces withdrew and allied forces blew up the small POS that BoB had put in system. As to why they left well it seems the excursion was a road trip although was it a dry run to test the reaction of the south, who knows, only BoB for sure.
The last week has been a good experience for us and has actully started changing the alliance for the better, sure we had a terrible kill ratio but then you only learn by fighting and seeing what works and what does not. We had people loose ship after ship and still keep going in and also our industrial people started giving ships to fighters and keep giving them away. Pressure makes diamonds and some were formed this week in the alliance.
We also want to thank the allies who fought with us in V2-VC2, good to see you there or still fighting the war with FIX, we'll be back in the fray alongside you guys.
Finally thanks to Bob, you were an excellent opponent and good to fight and I'll be honest and say we did not defeat you in the field...................this time.

ahhh, I remember you. You were the annoying undocker, no smack intended
Although your friend in the raven did a good job killing some of our frigs and actually getting away
Precision cruise + smartbombs + wcs = ebil
I still remember TS
First thing I hear is
"Watch out, this guy has precision missiles"
then
"Ouch, this guy has smartbombs"
"Errr, kill him fast"
"ok, he warped out"

I think one of the best times i had was blockade running the station in a frig to bring crap out to people for their fittings. I can't count how many times i'd warp straight ahead to the first belt, and see a bunch of red inties follow just as i entered my second warp to the POS....Then ships started getting posted on the exit point. Amazing how fast a tristan dies.

yeah it was great fun. I cant forget how I tried to undock travel fit indy with some huge cans with various fittings with dozens of BoB around me, few mins after BoB took the station (for some reason I thought our gang engaged those ships outside.. go figure), and then tried to warp out to safespot.
I saw the yellow lock brackets as I was getting closer and closer to the warp threshold, then beginning to soak damage, getting to 10% hull as I warped away.
Then funny thing happend: I find myself in pod, sitting 150km from station with my can nearby
With all enemy ships 150km away, that was funny! wonder if I can petition that? ---------------------------------------------- All my posts are my own opinions and dont not represent any organization until stated otherwise. |

As stated by other alliance members we hopefully have learnt a lot and thanks for the education and the smack free fights. It has been quite an awaken for us all i'm sure.
