Yes indeed true core is the npc faction. I am referring to player controlled sansha rp corps.

PS: Sansha enjoy moving large numbers of t2 siege launchers around lgk->hm-uvd in noob ships w/o instants.

Actually, I saw a Sansha RP corp once when they made a venture into Paragon Soul. Can't remember their name though, as it was a few weeks ago. But they sure were sansha roleplayers, as you could tell by their bio's.

And yes, True Core is the PC faction. True Power and True Creations are the NPC factions. Izzy's advice is what you want to follow through with.

To clarify True Cores existance, here is an extract of our corporate description:
True Core was created by the Dust Angel as an
ad hoc force to support the rebuilding of the
Nation. It is a paramilitary organization exclusively
made up of pod pilots coming from all corners and
walks of life. They are slowly drawn together by
the will of Dust Angel and SanshaÆs idea of a
better world.

If you worked for the original ideal of Sansha's Nation then I would applaud you. But Sansha's nation is now nothing but a corrupt slave state - worse then the Amarr, a race of cyber-organic robots doing the insane biddings of a long dead master.
