Unlike other ISS outposts, it isnt public - try visiting the system and you're greeted with stern warnings to leave, and a Tachyon beam in the face. So, whats going on? Observers have noted how ISS mining groups have operated 23/7 since the outpost opened. Those with keener eyes will have also noticed how nearby systems have nearly all been stripmined - the amount of ore brought into that outpost for refining must be truly staggering. With the recent discovery of nearby Capital Ship Yards, one thing is starting to become very clear... Stand back and prepare for EVE's first fully operational Titan

ISS pays LV a set fee for the access to mine there.... not sure how much exactly but the fee per person is in the range of 15-20mil a week... Not much considering the profit you can make from the asteroids there. I enjoy the bistot personally.... dunno about the rest of my ISS brothers... Still only one possibility how it can be !

It's alsow obvious that only the Big Alliances will have the resources to build them and operate them. I can see at least 4-5 diferent alliances owning at least one of this super ships I'm not seeing a Titan being built and be deployed in the battlefield on the next day. Trials have to be made, diferent setups have to be tested, tactics have to be trained and the most important thing: The oportunity has to be there. These Toys are only for very special ocasions. The BOB/ASCN EC Invasion for instance... For me I just cant wait to see the 1st built and flying around. I dont care who the owner will be

MAYBE there is one or the other guy in both corps, IF they allow it, but probably not to an extent that it restricts them in their freedom/decisions. ... a dozen of other theories. I don't remember them all. Before you take a post serious, look twice, and if it's the post of an alt, twice isn't enough.
