Unlike other ISS outposts, it isnt public - try visiting the system and you're greeted with stern warnings to leave, and a Tachyon beam in the face. So, whats going on? Observers have noted how ISS mining groups have operated 23/7 since the outpost opened. Those with keener eyes will have also noticed how nearby systems have nearly all been stripmined - the amount of ore brought into that outpost for refining must be truly staggering. With the recent discovery of nearby Capital Ship Yards, one thing is starting to become very clear... Stand back and prepare for EVE's first fully operational Titan

ISS pays LV a set fee for the access to mine there.... not sure how much exactly but the fee per person is in the range of 15-20mil a week... Not much considering the profit you can make from the asteroids there. I enjoy the bistot personally.... dunno about the rest of my ISS brothers... No, next would have been: Because it's official now that ISS as well as Shinra are alts of BoB, it's obviuous that BoB builds their Titans in Tenerifs.
