Luke, sorry but you're clueless on this one.
Sleipnir sucks 
Only thing it might do better is the 720mm II platform..
AC setup lacks tanking for any kind of tackling..
Terrible. Dies easily to 1k DPS with a full faction tank.
(oh cough LOL)

It dies to domi for sure. But it did more damage to me than ac pest. (before i sucked them dry)
But anything dies to 1k dps unless you kill it first. However sleipnir still dish out 800dps with full tank. Astarte cannot really tank and gank.
Yea, I saw HW's.. 
It only dish 800 DPS with Hail, and i'll admit i'd never use it with AC, No ab/mwd. (unless ofc i'd magically pop at optimal)

A Full tank, slow sliepnir, even if it can push up to 800 DPS only at the best situations (with hail) is a disaster waiting to happen, and for blind man.. ROFL it happened

Hell, in this whole thing.. You compare the sleipnir way too much to a vagabond, only this fat piece of junk we call the sleipnir... can't evade damage.
just the fact you think it can operate nicely with stabs like a vagabond, while not having the same agility/speed makes me think you're drunk or acting stupid all of a sudden.
And your line of 'bests of minmatar' makes me laugh.
OH Gallente, Best damaging interceptor, Best damaging hac, Best Droneship, Most versatile Hac, Solo pwnage machine, Longest range battleship for fleet, Top damage dealer even tho it sucks ass LOL (bthron), Decent cloaker, Fast and decent cpu.

Rofl, my alt was in there.. You should see some of the officer fitted ravens.. but yea those armor tanked raven made my eyes bleed while i was dishing out more damage than them and tanking with my shield no problem.
It's a nice spot to 'gank fest' but the routes to npcers are kinda thin. You get in secure lands (cough right) and one way passages way too easily there..
