(I'm going to hazard a guess that the 2 of you are circling the drain petitioning each other anyway, and both probably have been warned). Moving 1 system in a null region with 100 non sov systems, doesn't really constitute what I'd call moving or being followed. If you are still at hub zero or whatever its called, you haven't moved.

Also this emergent hilarious game play could have inspired other people to resub their accounts totaling over 6 accounts. CCP literally loses nothing but, gains players that might not curse at other players and have meltdowns on the forums over consequences. You 'claim' the other player said some thing but in the last 6 pages you've been unable to prove this at all. Now you're claiming that the other player has harassed you in real life, but again, no evidence of this exists. Taking all of this in to account, why would you expect us to support the clear & obvious cyberbully, as judged by CCP? You're lucky you only got a warning, take it on the chin like an adult.
