To be clear, as my original post must've been a bit cryptic, we're talking the monthly EVE Newsletter, not Viking Vixens Quarterly, although I can see how one can easily confuse the two.

A status update on NEX store items such as tinfoil pirate hats, scottish kilts of different color schemes and other apparel items.
On a serious note: all the features promised and either never implemented or implemented very poorly.
For example: Incarna. Either remove the captain's quarters or expand it into stations. DO NOT LEAVE IT WHERE IT IS RIGHT NOW.
