Local being able to filter by standings or war targets. In jita or any of the trade hubs it takes a full 2 mins often to scroll through local due to the load lag and the amount of people there.
Really anything to be able to scroll through the list faster and more efficiently.
Another neat feature would be the ability to add an entire column of character links to your watchlist. Again for high sec war decs. So if someone has compiled a list of war target names and linked them all with the in game link system you can automatically add them all to a folder or your watch list. It sucks having to manually add over a hundred war targets individually.

Add bmks visibly to the tactical overlay much like the are already on the solar system map. Now that they are on personal or corporate level. And add a way to use them or not, check the box like the use overview settings on dscan. Color code them based on personal or corporate bmk level. Then give a warp to/warp squad to right click option.

This has just annoyed me for forever.
When you open up the market screen and you are in the groups tab or before youve highlighted a single item within a group youll see all of the items within that group open. Well the best price in region is NEVER the actual best price its always some randomly odd amount, usually way higher than the best region like atm I was looking at cloaks and it says the best region price for a cov ops cloak is 16,999,999.00 while the true best price is 6,022,997.90.
Its really not something that most people use its just annoying.

Not sure if you guys do the forum lil things or if thats a dif thread entirely. But in the new replies portion it just always goes to the first page and post. Other forums Ive been on if theres a new reply and your logged in you can go to the first new post. Id LOVE That instead of having to page through looking for where I left off the thread, especially if overnight you come back and its become a threadnaught with a life of its own.

Considering I had an alt in low sec miss a kill just a few hours ago cuz of this annoying popup that asked me if I wanted to engage I shall add this one.
Please make ALL available popups be able to be checked or unchecked in the ESC menu window please!! Instead of just reset to the popup just have a sort of graphical interface like the overview selection menu instead where entire groups or lists can be changed. Thatd be great.
Cuz I cant go back and check the box all I get is enough time to hit enter cuz Im already priming stuff and hitting other buttons. He was into warp instead of locked by the time Id hit enter and relocked him. Most of the time you have only a fraction of a second to engage.
Also when you run incs in high sec you want to uncheck that or else youll find you end up shooting some logi like one guy did and lost a Nightmare in our fleet and then the next time you engage in low itll ask you again and youll lose out on kills.

The ability to save an entire character or accounts settings onto the computer in a file type system. Overview, esc menu settings and keystroke shortcuts, window position, UI scaling, everything. Basically make it easy to move characters between computers or for reinstalls of clients. Itd benefit all the multi computer/multi client users the most like myself. Right now every brand new reinstall of the client means I have to redo ALL my settings, overview I can at least import but tabs and such still have to be redone as well as all the shortcuts and such I have. And its a PITA atm.
Basically the same thing as is being done with the overview, just with the character or account itself. Perhaps an API addition? Please make it happen.

The circle menu, or Expanded Action Menu, your talking about can be changed in the Escape menu. General settings, middle column at the bottom. Change it to middle mouse button rather than left mouse button and youll never have that issue again in space. Been there done that.
