Rhavas, since you're the guy who wrote up the three-witches post, I feel like you're smarter than this. For one thing, you've got at least 7 ships here there if you're expecting 4 new battleships.
Yeah, that's why I said there could be more than six. I'll admit I'm swinging for the fences here, but Falcon & Fozzie love to troll this sort of stuff out there, and I have fun biting on it (I'm sure it provides some good humor in the frozen north). But I've also seen CCP on more than one occasion "hint" one thing and then do another (example: There once was a ship contest to design "a ship" - in the end they picked four designs, which became the Tier 3/Attack BCs). I wouldn't put it past them to say "six" and then show six at Fanfest and the AT ships a couple weeks later, for instance.

Now what I would of course love to see is one of several concepts I've been floating for years. Like a rework of the Primae to allow it to be a POS stealing and hauling ship. Or a ramming/boarding ship. Or a pure-play fitted ship "relocation hauler" (maybe a T2 Orca?)

The only singleton ships out there that could get a T2 treatment are from ORE. I don't know how popular the Venture is, but we've found a T2 Venture model, and apparently even a name for it. We have? That's new news to me. What's the name?
Ranmar wrote:That just leaves the three witches. My money is still on Caldari/Minmatar missile pirates While not as lore-appropriate, I can't say that's a bad guess. It's probably a more mechanics-likely guess but the names wouldn't make sense.
Long story short - the real power behind my Magic Crystal Ball is crowdsourcing. Usually the way it works is someone finds something. I dig and get about 30% of the reality. I post, and a pile of other people tell me what I missed. I re-theorize and re-post, and then we're at about 50%. A bunch of other people shoot holes in that. I end up about 60%-80% sure of things in the end. Right now we're right around 60% - I think the answers are in this thread.
But regardless, isn't the speculation fun?
