T2 destroyers "heavy bombers". More than one bomb launcher or "heavy bomb launcher" also, no cloak. 
Maybe ewar immune heavy interceptors for killing dem falcons. By immune I mean to ECM and dampening. Also t2 Dessie hulls.
Has small sig, +1 warp strength and resistance to webs. T2 web would only slow it by 30%.
Ore "overwatch" mining battleship with bite. Kinda like a battle orca. Has "mining barges in fleet get +1 warp core strength and 10% shield bonus" can fit full flight of sentries Make those 0.5 miners feel all warm and fuzzy.
"Battering ram" t2 bs. (Unused bs hull) gets huge bonus to ECM burst ( probably a specialized ECM burst)or a dampening burst (66% scan res reduction 30 secs) target paint burst (keeps everything in the area painted 100% sig bonus for 1 min) or tracking disrupt burst (50%weapon range reduction 25% tracking reduc,)45 seconds. and bonus to cyno cycle time. A Hyperion hull would keep the armor rep bonuses but the rest of it would be weakened. Has jump drive and is used to greatly disrupt the enemy force before dropping the rest of the fleet. New burst have 30-50k range and can only be fitted on these.
This turned more into spitballing ideas than speculation, but whatever.

Tech 3's need to be multi role ships not cruiser hulls with battleship tank and insane resists
ABC's are clearly T2 in all but name.. remove drone assist mechanic.
Nerf web strength ..... module tiercide FTW role based instead of tiers please. |

There's 6 pirate races now, so it would either be an incomplete set which would be odd, or more likely be something different
I was initially thinking a reveal of the 2 prize ships for this year's AT (blackbird and condor), as well as command ship destroyers, but that doesnt fit with Fozzie's hint either so vov. Considering the content of summer's patch, a T2 version of the Orca, new variants of the mining barges, and the prize ships are also an idea. |

Might be pirate BCs. I'm really curious about that "void comment" though. Because I've heard some interesting things about "ship voids" from various CCP types. Soundwave claimed, at one point, that there was a void in the form of a capital-class interdictor. |
