an ISD assured be that they are done with bibical names..(genesis, exodus... )for the major expansion names.
EVE:Leviticus just doesn't roll off the toungue....

I think he means like how 'shiva' was the codename for exodus and how the codename for RMR/blood and every patch now till 2007 is named 'kali'. Hes asking for the official name .. a la red moon rising, cold war. At the rate its looking though we'll still be getting "kali" all the way till duke nukem forever is released.

yeah i think exodus is the last time ccp delivered on half their features they said they were going to put in originally..... kali was originally supposed to come with planetary flight (somehow disappeared into its comming soon but we dont know when pile along with systemwide asteroid belts and other promises).
On another note, we were promised a t2 point defense cruiser in a dev blog almost 2 years back that is still a no-show.... till today. CCPs gone mysteriously quiet on that. Somehow I think Kali is like the duke nukem forever joke of CCP and their "always" going to be working on it.

Kali never comes. "Kali" is the name of the next expansion, until it's given a proper name.
Kali will always be one step away, always out of grasp, and the solution to all the problems.

From some dev blog I read (I think) Kali will be implemented across several patches. Most likely to save on troubleshooting time, IF, something goes awry.

They've recently begun referring to it as "The Path to Kali", and not just code-named Kali.
Don't know if that still counts as the temp-name or not, though.

I think that trends going to stop completely, seeing as there are no more biblical book names that would reasonable work.

wasnt Kali also the name of the online game service before we had things like Battlenet? it emulated IPX over Internet or something.(gawd needing to install IPX to play games)

well CCP still love using the biblical names, just look at the tier 3 bs, 'Abaddon' hebrew for destruction...

Eve: Revelation or Last Days sounds cool.
Altho Last Days would need to be the name of an expansion dealing with the Empires failing into ruin.
