After playing for awhile all tooltips in the game stop showing up, in the map to show security level, the neocom icons tooltips and inventory tooltips for example. Relogging seems to temporarily fix the issue but it keeps coming back. Can't figure out what triggers them to disappear. |

i don't mind the delay on tool tips now since today's patch, how ever i would like to be able to turn it off when i hover mouse over modules
real gamers only need one toon . i want a eve pinball machine make it so CCP |

Windows 8.1 crashing while downloading the new patch. Says need a 6 meg patch but will not connect. Is the server down?
i get the same error every time i try to start the client.
i start client it stops on 42.6% and says that it has a exception and brings up a window with the error and says start eve or OK. so i click on start eve and then it brings up the old login and says i have an incomplete build and i have to DL the rest of the 6m.
so i click yes and the it starts and then stops saying:
The update was downloaded but it failed verification indicating that the file is corrupt. Would you like to download the file again?
i click yes. and then it starts and stops and says:
There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:
Unable to download file /590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe from the server.
Error: url //cdn1.eveonline.com/590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe not found
Do you want to go to support page?
so i click yes again and the it brings up a support page saying in red text:
We were unable to locate a patchfile for your build no. (784428).

i cba to DL the full game again as im only on a internet dongle so i try the repair tool which fails and ends with:
IOError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument

please help ive been out of skills for a little while now and i need to log on to change PI.

I set the "Delay" function to full. The tool tips on my neocom are delayed enough now that they dont cause problems, however, in space they are still instant.
Since you can code the Tooltips for a delay, could you add an Off button? |

I have the same problem on win 8.1, but I just ran the repair tool and it repaired to the latest version and now logs in ok.

Initially the update kept hanging at 5%, tried rebooting/restarting, no joy. I ran the repair tool and after that the update finished quickly. (Rubicon 1.4.6). |

Since the last patch, stuff disappears from overview at 120 or 130km out. I checked patch notes to make sure I wasn't losing my mind - I think stuff is mean to appear in overview up to like 300km out? (warp range is 150km so stuff that close enough to not be in warp range doesn't show up).
EDIT: Forgot, I should note that it does this about 50% of the time, not always. |

I tried to deliver a copying job that was complete but after it says it has Done it gives an error message
Installation Missing
The installation containing the job to be delivered no longer exists.
Even though I can see it in the Corp installation list and it allows me to add new copying jobs to the same installation. |

This was a temporary bug on May 29 which has been fixed swiftly. You should be able to deliver your jobs again now. More information is available in thread here.

Tech 3's need to be multi role ships not cruiser hulls with battleship tank and insane resists
ABC's are clearly T2 in all but name.. remove drone assist mechanic.
Nerf web strength ..... module tiercide FTW role based instead of tiers please. |
