I am also randomly crashing and always in my case when I am in warp to a gate, always in the moment when I just get on grid of that gate. The crash is complete and only turnign the comp of manually lets me restart the system.
Disableing Audio had no impact on the issue and also not the latest patch with the dock/undocking fix.

I am pretty sure CCP will ignore me jsut like the other times I posted, just like with the dx11 issue. Meanwhile the problem/crashes ingame are absolete as the launcher wants to validate my gamefiles, after i cleared all cache files ingame, gets stuck at 59% and brings my complete system to a freeze. Since over 6 months I cant play the game properly due to dx11 and since 1.4 not at all anymore. And now my stystem gets stressed with your launcher.
I want my money back CCP. I gave you enough time to at least respond to me. |

ISIS crashes my graphics card. every single time I accidentally click that ISIS icon on my menu my computer freezes and my screen goes black until my graphics card can restart. Running with an ATI Radeon HD 5500 series. |

Hi so I can't even get to the character select screen. It says invalid authentication token. It says it on every computer I've tried and also on both my accounts. I have paid for the new accounts, monthly subs, Plex and my time. Now I have heard nothing back not one reply as to what could be going on.
My skill queue is sitting empty and you are currently still taking away my play time hours. So, can you fix this now or at least have the decency to respond.

I'm so sorry I realise you must be very very busy partying and what not to care about the people who happen to pay for you to do such a thing. But if you get a chance could you find it within yourselves to maybe reply. It's been 48 hours and I'm still not able to log on. You can understand the annoyance as that translates to 4 days of play time gone across my accounts and I'm sure others have had worse.

Not able to patch to the latest version. After it does "Downloading launcher update", a dialog box appears:
Error opening file for writing:
E:\PROGRA~1\CCP\EVE\launcher\launcher.exe
Click abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.
I looked, the file does exist.
Clicking retry makes it continue, but then it ends with a huge exception window, the first page is like this:
OK it doesn't let me post it because it says it contains html, even though it doesn't. What an irritating feature. |

So having waited with no reply now for 3 days as well as not being able top access the game and not being able to get a refund o f my two accounts, Plex and time wasted. I'll be paying a visit to your offices in Newcastle and see if maybe someone there can help me.

I never thought about using the repair tool. I tried it and it seems to have repaired to the correct version and I can now log in.

reproduce: go into the market, select any item.
hover your mouse just over the bottom part of the sell or buy sections, so your cursor changes from the crosshairs (when off of the market section) but not to the mouse (when hovering over a market entry). The area is only a few pixels wide, so not very majour, just thought id point it out incase the same problem is elsewhere |

My first thought when seeing the new tooltip things was that they were great, made groups of ships nice and clear.
Then I started using it more, and my thoughts turned negative. It's bulky, laggy, buggy and completely in the way.
It's making the door easier to see, yet harder to walk through.
Also, Haru says it's sh*t, but doesn't like coming to the forums so he asked me to relay the info. |

How do you turn off the monkey with the keyboard that keeps popping up with text every time i put the mouse cursor over anything?
One main problem I have found so far is running data/ relic sites that you can't click on mini cans behind the bar that comes up which is really annoying when its time based to click on them before they go pop!
If it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind on this one!
Apart from that keep up the good work!!

Same for me and a few mates who used to run data/relic sites.
It's impossible to click on mini cans until that bar moves :s |

i just started playing again and now when ever im docked if i stay docked for about 5 minutes i get disconnected from the server, never fails. it happened once when i was in space mining. but mostly only happens when im docked for longer than 5 minutes |

Tooltip bug: If you have a gate selected and then mouse over something like a ship and jump while you have a tooltip showing the tooltip will persist until you log out. Docking will not clear the tooltip. |

I can't seem to get launcher update more than 25%. I tried repair, same thing. After downloading 25% of patch, line goes red and gives me exception popup.
When i try manually to go in /bin and start exe i get

Error: url //cdn1.eveonline.com/590158/evepremiumpatch590158.exe not found
I didn't use this computer today but everything was fine on my other computer yesterday with patching. |

After patch on may 16 my launcher was not launching anything. And on the 17 it stays on the launcher and after i click play it stays on launching for about 10 sec and goes back to play. That was right after the patch and as soon as the update was done it did not even go to the character page. Hope it gets fixed before the 20th (subscription ending). |

Drone Aggro seems to be broken, enemies focus entirely on sentries and cannot pull aggro off them regardless of how many times I scoop. Even after the original drone aggro change a while back I never lost aggro to my drones, now I can't keep it off them. Don't know what changed. |

Can't lock targets ,jump, warp to, align to, show info by icons in the overview . I could last week, but not now. Any reasoning behind this or just something in the patch not working right.
