Hi, this is HitGirl. My Main account has been deactivated for the reason that i wont be playing anymore, couple of months ago i got diagnosed Cancer and i refused treatment so ill be leaving you all.
I would like to thank all my victems, all my friends and hostiles for making this game what it is.
Ive Started to write a book to mirror my life in eve, all events and so on.. I just hope i have enough time to finish it.
Abit for those that didnt know me, I started this game 2003 springtime, My big brother introduced this game to my boyfriend and later on i caught intresst in this game... After i sat down i was Caught in the eve Junky swamp, yet here iam 3yrs later still loving the game..

I was wondering that aswell, unless the cancer that got diagnosed is in such a far stage that curing is impossible and only painfull treatments to slow the proces down are still possible. Other then that i find it kinda weird that you refuse treatment, but then again i don't know anything about your condition and the state of your cancer.
So i'm just gonne leave it at that, but i'm just curious like the guy above me.

Some treatments also have awful side effects which in worst scenarios just make one cancer tumor to split up to hundreds of smaller tumors thus speeding the process. We still do lack a real cure for cancer.
Like said, assuming this is true there's no words I could say to express what I feel when I read something like that. Some people could use *hugs softly* as emoticon for what I'm thinking but what I'm thinking is far beyond that.

I happen to know that smoking weed before a chemo-session reduces the side-effects significantly. Like naseua or not wanting to eat. |

My thoughts go with you even though I didn't know you in-game. Both my parents died of Cancer so I fear it could be genetic but fate is the only one who can decide our future in that respect. After seeing what the Kemo did to my mother, I can understand people refusing it, she would have had more pleasure from the remainder of her time without it and IMHO may have had a little more time to enjoy it. Yes, it often breaks up the tumor and spreads it around the body so the end is usually quicker with treatment than without.
I hope fate gives you enough time to finish your book.
When you see St Peter at the gates, tell him you want a fully kitted faction crusier at least or you are not joining his corp  It might even liven thing up there having someone flying around podding the angels.

You are way way to young for this and i cant even imagine what your family feels right now, must be horrible.

since you already refuse treatment you may want to try the following:
vitamin b17, actually it's not officially a vitamin but many still call it so. Also known as laetrile or amygdalin. However thereÆs much scepticism surrounding it.
Found in crushed apricot kernels en masse. Go to your local grocery buy some paricots and eat the kernels, oh and you can of course eat the fruit itself as well.
It basically contains a number of poisons and the most significant of those is cyanide. In "theory" cancer cells contain more or nearly only beta-glucosidase enzymes which is needed to digest amygdalin into sugar and cyanide thereby affecting the cancer cell.
Read up on it and make your own choice.

Thats horrible... Family friend of mine died from lung cancer recently, and a 20 year old girl I know got cancer too.
Just isnt fair, sick of hearing about it. Its the one thing that truely scares me.
Best of luck in whatever you choose, and I understand why you wont fight it. Doesnt mean you shouldnt fight it, though.

I can understand your decision refusing treatment, spend any time you have left living RL to the full, just like you did online.
