I saw this post yesterday, but couldnt think what to say, so ill keep it simple,
I have fond memories of evacuating fountain in my hauler while being chased by FA/NORAD and at the same time chatting with hitgirl on messenger  , fun times.

As many already said the treatment is horrible and i would rather live 3 months of a "healthy" life than 5 months in pains and vomits..
And im raised the same way, people die every day... its the path we all have to walk sooner or later this wasnt a cry for sympathy but merly a goodbye to the community and all of my friends ive made here so its okey not to pitty me, ive kept this to myself several months if i wanted people to pitty me i would have said something much earlier but this is the way ive chosen.
And for all thats good, ty all for your kind words and yet i hope my familiy the strenght i have within myself, ive kept my mood up and i kept on playing into the End.
Special Thank you to Lokta, Vertias, Kos and ofc our russian oppenent that made my last time a blast!

I dont know you from the game, but I hope you will have 3 more months of happiness at least. I'm not sure what choice I would have made in that situation (5 months with curing VS 2 months) but I respect your choice. Takes strength of character to make one of that magnitude.

I almost know what you are going through; 4 years ago or so I was told I had a fortnight without treatment, maybe less with. I got lucky; sounds like you didn't.
Well, I hope you believe in an afterlife and I hope you are right. We will all find out sooner than we want to.

Seriously, though, is this thread even appropriate for the forums? It seems to me that a refusal to accept treatment (regardless of the reasons for this) knowing very well that the result is death is almost equivalent to suicide.
And I bet you if I make a thread where I advise people I've decided to sing "Goodbye, cruel world" with Pinkie would get locked, deleted and purged from the server before my page would have finished loading my post preview, regardless of how understandable my motives would be.

Tis not the end HitGIrl / Elbereth. I disagree with the choice not the recieve treatment, yet I respect it.
My own grandfather, 8 years ago, was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Not only did the hospital fark up the diagnosis, taking almost 3 weeks to figure out what it was, but then they gave him morphine (which he is allergic to) putting him in cardiac arrest. My grandmother, an RN, did chest compressions and rescue breathing for almost 12 minutes before a bloody doctor got there to defib.
About a month into therapy he was doing very badly... he wanted to die. And then a miracle- my little brother was discovered. My mum was about a month along. He was an "oops", and they were going to have an abortion (she was on the pill, wasn't supposed to happen) when my dad had a dream in which HIS grandfather told him simply to have the child. They did... and to this day we believe that my bro was sent to save my grandfather. He held on and, on the day of my little brothers birth, the cancer started to go into remission. I still get choked up about it. He was my father during the time my own dad was fighting alcoholism and smoking and generally trying to learn to raise me. He beat it in the end... chemo therapy and a strong will to live...
He's still with us now, goin strong with no signs of relapse.
I wish you the best of luck, and, your personal diety(s) willing, may the cancer be stricken from your body to give you a new lease on life. It's always sad to see a fellow terran die. No matter who they are, so long as they've tried to lead a clean, fair life I feel they deserve to live it to the end.
