Not much will actually change...
But we're not getting the minutes now, and if we do it will contain some kinda leak. It seems like riot is soaking up Devs that's in the public eye and not a native of Iceland. Hopefully Rise and Fozzie finish the balancing before they leave too!
I hope everyone voted in the CSM elections!

Even if I don't get elected in, I hope that the CSM that do, and Devs actually use my ideas somewhere! |

For those asking what CCP Dolan did hopefully he wont mind but I will quote Elise Randolph

For me personally anybody who helps the CSM to be as effective as they can is a loss to us all. |

Riot has "We Are Hiring" signs ALL over their website, its on the landing page at least 3 times. Im not surprised to see so many flocking there. Im sure they had their reasons, but eve and ccp goes on. |

From the talk CCP Seagull gave at fanfest it seems likes a lot of things are changing at CCP regarding the way they design and release content.
Some people don't like change and these guys are probably off to start something new at a new company.

I didn't like Dolan when all I knew about him was that he was a drunken clown but I liked his tournament commentary a lot. Bummer that he's leaving, he'll be difficult to replace. |

to the "Why is Riot poaching ccper's" question. That's rather simple, once an ex co worker gets in the door at one company, others in that company use the ex co workers as a way out. Or the ex co worker hears of stuff at there new job and send a heads up to the old work buddies.
