Thread cleaned up. This kind of topic belongs here in the OOPE forum where you are welcome to say goodbye, or ask people to stay, or be happy they're leaving. Though that last one isn't very nice and should be avoided.
Discussions regarding EVE is not permitted in here though.

No one did anything wrong, it was removed because it wasn't allowed in the OOPE forum, but since it was posted before the move you didn't break any rules, but the post wasn't allowed and had to go. Since it was moved back it is allowed again, unfortunately I already deleted it. Sorry about that, was mainly a case of miscommunication. As long as it's not trolling, flaming or breaking any rules, it can be reposted if you wish.
Either way, whats done is done, so lets move on.

As with any other incident involving a player, CCP will not discuss any part of the situation with a third party out of respect for that player. Please keep in mind that there is another side to the issue that is not being made public, nor will it be. I would hope that the same respect would be given back to CCP.
Whatever transpires in the future will not change our gratitude to Blackhole Bob for his assistance with the community and his efforts with the EVE Gathering.

No out-of-game actions have been taken against Blackhole Bob, nor are there any plans for such at this time.

at this time... Meaning?
It means just what it says, right now they don't have any plans to take any out of game actions. It's quite common to word things like that since there is currently no reliable way to predict the future for mankind.
