Well, I understand that Eve is a very complex game. I understand that there is PvP and wars that rage throughout the galaxy, but riddle me this. Why does a serious PvP corp declare war against newer players and try to ruin their entire gaming experience ?
Greifers, you might say, yes I agree. I am sitting here watching players that are 5 days old lose a Merlin because of an unprovoked war that the Chuskarl's declared on us.
Who are we ? Acrocorp. We are some friends from work and other folks that we have met online to run missions, do some mining, just hang out and have fun... so why are we being targeted by overbearing PvP folks that know we cant possibly give them an even fight ?
We have asked for help before from other Mercs, we have tried to fight back, but we just refuse to continue to let these folks dictate how we play the game. If anyone else wants to try and take a stand and show Chuskarl's Family that we are tired of being picked on, then please just send us an email.
This war has gone on for two months, they pick our noobs out of the sky and pod them, they arent even going for fair fights, they dont want them. They have spies that are outside the stations that wait for people to undock unsuspectingly and pod kill them. Where is the fun at picking on a small friendly Corp that cant even fight back for over two months !!!
We have had to move twice now, and now they are in our areas once again. I ask, if anyone has had dealings with this griefers please contact us and let us know the best way to eliminate the problem.
Cheers, and be safe out there

They really dont have that many members, Italian folks mostly, and right now they are picking on our folks around the Bawi system. I believe one of our new players lost a Merlin in Brap, and another just lost her Cruiser.
I am in agreement with the utter and complete ******* comment. They were even taunting our CEO telling him to "keep all his noobs docked so they dont get podded like a good CEO would".
Seriously... what is their problem ?

They war decc'd us a while back. They declare war on miners because of "religious beliefs" that asteroids are holy entities.....at least that's why they went after us.
They retracted after a few days because we started blobbing them back though so it's ok =P
I kind of wanted the war to last longer with them but I'm cheap. I can't imagine they would actually move their operation and FOLLOW you though. They seemed more like the type to camp 1 area and never leave. ---

They were camping another Corp (ViperCorp maybe ?) up in Caldari space but I think that fizzled out too. Once I saw Chuskarl's Grandfather docked in Bawi I knew something was up. 22 jumps away to defend some asteriods ;) I would believe that if he wasnt taunting our CEO online telling him to order his noobs not to undock. If he was spouting off about the sanctity of the asteroids then maybe heh. Sounds to me like its just a noob ganking Corp that likes to pick on folks that cant fight back.
I will probably post on the Crime and Punishment board as well, I saw that at least one Merc corp had Chuskarl's Family in their history list of decc'd corps.

Usually I stay out of these forums and try to keep to running the corp, but enough is enough.
ChusKarl's Family declared war on AcroCorp on 5 April 06. So this war has gone on just short of two months.
Lisento, I spoke to you just as your war was ending with the ChusKarls, so I know you. We've used blobbing tactics also. We've taken out ships... they don't like that much, but it doesn't deter them.
Quite literally, we moved 22 jumps away from them, and hadn't had much dealing with them for 3 weeks until today. Suddenly, they move down en force and start podding my n00b pilots again.
AcroCorp is in and around Bawilan for anyone who would like to take some shots at them. Obviously, though they have low security standings, they are smart enough not to get themselves flagged as pirates, so they aren't simply open game. Please keep that in mind before to lose a ship to getting CONCORDokkened! They had made excursions down twice before, at the begining of last month, but went away quickly. This doesn't have the same feel, as they seem to be combing through the nearby systems.
Also keep in mind, that Viper And Atlas, two other new mining and industry corps have on-going wars declared against them by ChusKarl's Family. This is The Family's one purpose in the game, and it is griefing in the truest sense. It sits just inside the line of legal and yet everyone has heard of these guys griefing newbie/ carebear corps in high space. Strange that nothing gets done about it.

First thing I would say is not to give them any dialog on local.
I actually watched one of your battles in Hagekan one night and you guys tossed them a new one.
The key is to align with other corps to take them out. They can't keep doing this forever because as time goes by, noobs and their corps get bigger and better at what they do whether it be fighting and mining. It sounds to me that you need to bring in some members that are willing to PvP for your existance.

The problem is they are all alts.
If they get proper wars dec'd they just carebear on their mains.
I have the names of their supposed mains on my evemail, when I log on tonight I'll post em. (Hope I dont persecute the wrong person!) imo it empitimises the way the system can be abused which is a shame.
I also have screenies of us camping them in a station with shuttles

Its sad but true .
Alt corps going after easy kills against newbies.
I wouldn't mind if they were deccing carebears who are rich enough to defend themselves, even if they aren't that good at it. But going after people who are new to the game and trying to make a peaceful life for themselves is just not on.

The act of subjugation is common in EvE. Learn to embrace it. Everybody has to be killed and podded eventually.
Submit to them and be bullied for the rest of your lives. Learn to fight and nobody will prey easily on you any more. The choice is yours. EvE is excruciatingly fun if you learn to adapt. ---------------- RecruitMe@NOINT!

That's exactly what it is, an alt corp of a larger one that declares wars on noobs to try and get money out of them and grief kill while talkin smack in local.
If you have the list of names, please forward that mail to my character in game Eiire.

I hate to burst your bubble but its quite simple to fight with those numbers.
150 people who treat a corp as a chatroom, are unco-ordinated, scattered and on at different times vs 8 people who are friends, interested in pvp and on the same TZ.
Statistics actually favour the smaller corp.

Spot on.
It's essentially just griefplay with alts that can't be hurt in any serious way as their owners will just play on their mains for a while.
A bit like Spaceballs Navy in that respect. -----

You fight back and get the upper hand, they just sit in station and do nothing. You camp them until you get sick and tired and die of boredom then you go along your merry way and out of the blue, the come and gank a jr member. The fact is unless they have the overwhelming advantage, they just hide in the station. And either way, if we try to embrace the PVP, the deny us of that. This crap has to stop. It would be like a Mining corp enslaving a PVP corp to mine and you have no say in it was so ever.
The bottom line is, this is their way of enslaving us .

From what it looks, we have a situation where a group veteran chars has an alt corp. That alt corp decs n00bs and griefes them as much as they can. What can be done here? Not much. Try to blob them and they'll sit in station and play on their mains. When you get bored and relax they just come out and gank several unsuspecting victims. Getting to their mains can be an option, but for most new corps, even if they knew the right names, it will most probably be an impossible task.
Is there an abuse in Eve that alts are not part of it?

Alts ruin the game and litter the boards with trash. However, it's extra money for CCP, so I doubt it will ever stop.

Well, I'm not talking here about 2-nd, 3-rd or so accounts. No one can prevent this. If someone wants to pay extra fee and use the 2-nd account only to grief, I can only pity him. I'm talking about 2 other chars which you get on your every account. Mostly those chars are used to scam, grief, post crap on forums and do other shady staff and they bring no extra income for CCP.

We can totally relate to your plight with the Chuskarl's. We are a fairly new corp the is into mining and trade and now at war with the CHUCKYS. They do not respond to any diplomatic solution. All they want to do is disrupt normal noob corp functions.
We can join together to fight these TECH 2 bullies OR fly to other systems to mine in solitude... Till they get bored with us..

We have taken the fight to them and they park in stations. We have tried moving 22 jumps away and they come. Almost all the other corps that have been at war with the Chuskarl's exited their wars by joining alliances. Well we have been close but seems no alliance wants a faithful corp thats at war. Funny thing we were talking about getting into a alliance the night before the whole thing went down. Even Gramps Chuskarl himself has told me that he will not pay the 50mil to fight, seems it the only weapon that is effective against them, costing them money.

Stand and fight them dont run cause it only makes you die tired.
If all they do is run and dock up in a station then camp them. Camp them until your head explodes and then camp them some more. Dont mine, dont run missions, dont play around on the market...just camp them.
Eventually they will fight you (doubtfull) or drop the war...but if you stand up to them and show them that you are not going to take their crap they will leave you alone.
Get all of your corp memebers to camp their stations where they dock up...and I mean all of them. No one does anything else...if you are logged on you are outside that station waiting for them to come out.
Its sad but its the only way you are going to get professional station sitters to back off. Eventually you start messing with their eve-time and they will move on.

Err if they log out and just play on other accounts completely this doesn't accomplish anything.
There is no REAL way to retaliate, EVEN if they were to fight. It seems extremely unfair and makes gameplay suck for some people, beyond what game-mechanics will allow for them to solve. ________
