[Lottery] Rattlesnake +1billion ISK! Only 150 tickets!!
This will be my first and I think 1 of my biggest Lotteries.
1.Price: 1 Rattlesnake (not BPC)
2.Price: 500m ISK
3.Price: 250m ISK
4.Price: 150m ISK
5.Price: 100m ISK
There will be a total of 150 tickets at the price of 25m each.
Rules:
1)Max 20 tickets per person!
2)No trial accounts may take part in this lottery
3)Everyone purchasing tickets needs to announce them here with how many and which numbers because I might not be able to update as fast as some might post and to prevent ppl taking same numbers. This way every1 can check here which numbers have been chosen.(Example little down here)
4)Lottery will start once 150 tickets have been sold. If somehow 129 or less tickets donÆt sell until June the 21th (3 weeks from now) I will refund every1 with exact amount they sent. (that for is the Confirmation mail ingame).If 130 or more tickets sell until that day we wait for the last tickets to sell. If the 150 tickets sell faster than June 21th than the drawing will start once last payment has been confirmed and IÆm online of course (which is every day mostly evenings GMT time).
I will update the list here in forum as fast and correct as possible.
For the drawing i will use this random generator:
Random Generator
In the generate Field comes the number 5 (5 winnings)
Second field 1 for lowest ticket number
Third field 150 for highest ticket number
4th field come a 1 for colum few.
You get a list of 5 numbers from top to bottom they will represent the winning numbers. So top number is the Rattlesnake, second the 500m etc.
How to:
Post in forum your name, the numbers of tickets and the numbers u chose so no misunderstandings will happen with other players taking the same numbers!
After that:
Send 25 million ISK for each ticket (for 3 tickets sent 75m for 10 tickets sent 250m etc not 25m for each 1 ) to Jess Ica along with an eve mail containing the following:
Name: Your characters name
Number of tickets: 1-10
Numbers: the numbers you wanna have.
To prove that I have the ship IÆm placing a shortcut in my Bio (in aprox 4h after posting this thread) once the ship comes out of factory) so every1 can check it. If requested I can also place it on escrow but escrow getÆs fast out of list (too full and many many scammers )
I will update the list here in forum as fast and correct as possible.
How you can be sure IÆm not cheating in any case:
-Since IÆm part of a well known Alliance and Corporation I wouldnÆt dare to spit on this good name.
-DonÆt want to destroy my reputation since this is my main Character and heÆs doing business so really not good for me.
-I have the Ship in my BIO to prove that itÆs not a scam!
-Another good point is I hate to be ripped of or to get arsed by ppl. Happened to me some times. And I donÆt do things to others I donÆt want to happen to me. There are more than enough scammers In EVE sadly.
-IÆm also posting the name of my alt in here so you can be sure I show every1 my characters. AltÆs name is Aylla and also part of the same Alliance and Corporation as I am.
And of course for any questions IÆm available and will respond as fast and clear as possible!!

Possibly, but I doubt it. Aside from the whole "bad name" thing, this guy is going to make a major profit w/o scamming anyone - he's going to bring in 3.75 billion ISK through the lottery, and while I don't know how much the ship is I doubt it's worth more than 1.5 billion ISK. So he's going to make a serious profit off of this.

As usual, the power to pick the winning number resides with the organiser. To remove any once of doubt, would it not make sence to link the winning ticket to a real life lottery number?
You could have Tickets upto 150 represent also represent numbers 151-300, 301-450 etc until you get close to a thousand, and then use the last 3 digits of any stock market to prove that the winning ticket is tamper proof and that none of your friends may win it.
If for some reason, the winning ticket number does not show up on, say, the stock index, then it carry it on to the next day untill a winning ticket number is found.

With the RL lottery using for number drawing:
Yeah i was honestly thinking about that but since i really don't have that much clue about how i thought i use this generator cause i saw it in quite some auctions.
If i might get maybe ingame an Eve-mail with how it works will for sure use it in next lotteries.
And no i won't chose random numbers as i like. I myself participated at quite some lotteries and was happy when i won once a BS. So i want to make also some guys happy and will use this generator fair and without picking some1 out of the lot.

You could just use a RNG bot in an IRC chat channel and invite the participants there. I know for example the afternet channel bots support dicerolls...

come on guys this can't be true. Nobody wants to participate at an open lottery drawing?
With 20 tickets bought u got a 1 : 7.5 chance of winning 1 of the prices. But there are 5 prices which means with 20 tickets a huge chance of winning 1-5 prices!
