GoonFleet has left the OSS with several friends and has formed the GoonSwarm alliance. We bid farewell and will remain on good terms with our former alliancemates.
We will continue to assert control over Syndicate, and we are now contesting NORAD's control of Outer Ring.

Hehe, I love it when an educated guess comes through (mentioned previously that Goons were using Syndicate as a training grounds, and that an alliance would find themselves in trouble later on)
Congrats Goons, and best of luck. (Also best wishes go out to the Norad folks, time to see if the Goons have what it takes)

NORAD are always fun to fight. I think this new GoonSwarm will give them a run for their isk as long as NORAD doesn't switzerland up and NAP half of eve

FoC engaged a NORAD fleet last Friday. At the sametime a D2 fleet came up our bottom so to speak.
The NORAD/D2 fleets did not engage and assisted each other.
Whether it was temporary, or a permanent NAP, I dont know. Might have just been a one off.
