That's a cosmos item, I do believe ... so if nobody's run that mission, or if the reward for it is a bpc with ridiculous build costs, there may not actually exist such an item, even though it's definitely in the game database. (ie. it is available, but nobody might have one yet.)
Anyway, good luck w/the search, and if you find spares, let me know, I might want one.

Thank you all for the free bumps and the information regarding this being a COSMOS item.
I am still looking. Apparently, these are as rare as "..the pockets of a pocket fox, a rare species that only existed for three weeks in the 16th century."

If it is a cosmos item, its the only one I can find in the eve-online item database, and the only one that has different sizes (small, med and large) with the same name.

I know the medium version is not a Cosmos item, I have had one or two of those from normal rat hunting sitting in the hanger or maybe recycled them...

After talking to a few players, I guess this item is in the game after all... I am reconsidering "giving up". Some people are getting these as loot drops. I just need to catch them before they reprocess it! If you get one, please don't reprocess it, contact me and I will buy it.
