Hello all California EVE players in and around the Bay Area! Since noone else has planned anything I am going to try for an iron date. If anyone objects/has problems with the date respond we'll try to accomidate if possible.
So this event will be a meet and possibly a plan for an all out eve-lan depending on how things go and how any people are interested etc.
Details on event:
Date: Saturday June 17th (two weeks from this post)
Time: 13:00 (1pm)

B J's Restaurant & Brewhouse
10690 N De Anza Blvd
Cupertino, CA 95014

I don't know lol but they don't seem to be present...maybee if I advertised on EVE-radio or sometihng *Scratches head8 wonder how much that costs.

emialed a bunch of people in game that have psoted int he other California meetup threads..took a long wihle, most isk i've ever spent on eve-mails lol.

I was one of those who got the email. i know of one other person I'll try to get to attend..and since it's on a satarday, count me in at the moment. I'll hope to see some other local eve players..

It will be reserved under my name, but i have informed them that it is an 'eve-meet' and tyo direct people that ask about this. I will be there 10minutes early to verify everything and get it ready. I may even goto kinkos and make signs or something to make it easier to recognise.
To be mroe exact we will be outside on the western(facing the road) porch as I had discussed it with the manager. Main problem right now will be figuring out how the paying for all this is going to work (i.e.: howto keep track of who ordered what)

Stuff to know about this meet:
The closest freeway to the place is 280, if you are getting off there you will head south on N. De Anza blvd, the restaurant will be on your left in the midst of the Apple campus.
There is both Vallet and Regular parking at the Restaurant, you are by no means required to use vallet, just drive past them and park on the right side of the parking lot (right side is in reference to the entrance).
The meet is on the western blacony, as you walk into the restaurant, take a left and you'll see the entrance door to it. If you don't want to deal with remembering that ask the hostesses about 'eve meet' or my name 'Alexei'. They should know both, or at least the manager told me this when i registered ~_~.
We all pay for our own stuffs, but the manager isn't sure if they'll be able to provide seperate checks (due to the confusion) so easily stated:Bring Cash if you've got it. It will make for an easier time of paying the bill, since we will haveto do less haggling with the weiters over who ordered what and such.

Today, or yesterday as of this moment, was a lot of fun. Props to powder for coming down so far to meet up. Next time we'll have to plan it so we can involve lots of alcohol and make it feel as if we're in Iceland.
Whenever another meetup is planned, I'm sure we'll put up plenty of forwarning and lots of evemails to anyone who's posted anything about being in CA bay area.

So speaking of the next time that we do this. I was trying to think of what a good period would be? once a month? once every two months? three? or maybee more often? What do you guys think
Also the EVE CCG is coming out. Would you guys be interested in playing that?
How was the food at BJs? is that kind of place fine? or too crowded? not enough veriety? etc.(thoughts)
Any other thoughts/comments/advice? (especialy for informing people)?
