Isthar doing the same will utterly destroy the raven. Its all situational. Anyway lets wait and see upcoming changes are just first step, maybe in second, third iteration of crucible you will be pleasantly suprised. And yes blaster ships are good only for station games and gank stuff.. AFAIK ... but i never flied them nor i use hybrid turrets so .

We don't have Plasma Rounds or Fusion Charges but the Minmatar do. Reason I would like EMP Rounds gone is that would make Amarr the primary race for EM Dmg. It's just as I said, CCP should make "Hints" on character creation screen which clearly says: Minmatar - best for pvp and good at pve, Caldari - best for pve, Gallente - so-so at everything, Amarr - average at pvp and sucks at pve. If those hints were made no one would complain why they can't do this and that. Plus making those hints will be 100000x times cheaper and faster then balancing this game so every "race" could do everything equally. When the Amarr ships will be able to choose the damage type like other races on their primary weapon systems?!
