this ship has a bonus to med hybrids so use it, also u won't catch **** if u fit an 1600plate and don't land on top off them. medium nos seems useless without a neut, so i'd rather use the bonus and go rails. tho u can fit t2 the ship will go pop -> use cheap t1 but w/e
high: 4x dual 150 rails t2
med: 10mn mwd warp disrutor electrochem med cap injector
lows: medium armor rep 2x energized adaptive nano t2 (hopefully u have good armor comp skills) comedy 400plate
drones: 5xhamerheads t1 10xwarriors t2 (or ecm vespas)
i get 300 dps with that setup.

608 DPS, most skills used on this ship at 5.
This ship kills stuff fast enough to pop in, pop the target, and leave before you are too far into structure. Most fights I have against battlecruisers leave me at about 40% structure. Close, but still a win.
Low cargo capacity means very few cap boosters. You won't be able to carry any spare ammo, so you have to kill whatever you can in about 1000 rounds of antimatter. It's easy peasy, actually.
When in a gang with good gang skills and a gang module, you can get over 2k top speed which is also pretty sweet on a tanked ship.
Note: you cannot fit this ship without an ancillary current router.
Faction Electrons are hard to find and make me cry :( _________________ Burn. |

Nos = Nosferatu or Energy Drain. Back before it got nerfed, it drained your opponent's capacitor and added energy to your own. Nowadays it can only drain your opponent's capacitor if your capacitor is at a lower level than theirs... or something. It's ********, and it makes nos mostly useless.
THe reason a lot of setups in this thread use nos is because they posted before the nerf. Or have nothing else to fit in the spare 5th slot and wanted a comedy module.

Dual 150's are a waste of grid. they do pathetic damage and the tracking and range is pretty poor. Your primary damage will always be the drones, and the rest of the grid really needs to be spent on the tank in order to get some survivability. Vexors are pretty flimsy even with a plate. And the reason plated setups are so popular is cos they work. a vexor with a 1600mm plate trundles along nicely at 900m/s or so, even if it does turn like a dominix 
imo the highslot options for the vexor are pretty trivial. the important thing is getting the mid and lows right, and the top is just personal preference. some people like light blasters, others would rather have small neuts. whatever works for you, it can tip the scales but doesnt make a huge difference.

Can i be a Paper Panther? same as a Paper Tiger but with alliteration to boot

When I used a Vexor for I fit mine like this...
High 2x small nos 3x small neut
Medium 10mn Afterburner II Warp Disruptor II Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I
Low Medium Armor Repairer II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Damage Control II 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plate I
Drone 5x Hammerhead II 5x Warrior II 5x Hobgoblin II
This has over 7k of armor HP. Deals a fair amount of damage with cruiser 5 and Drone Interfacing level 4.
If you want this to be cheap and easily replaceable, then swap the T2 for T1. This has killed several low - medium skilled BC pilots and will take on nearly all cruisers with relative ease except the rupture and stabber.

no tank, does a nice 520 dps with my skills though
721 dps with max skills and t2 heavy neutrons 0_0 NERF IT
