It'll be hard to make good money to start with whatever you do but keep at it and after a month or so you'll be getting a bit more work and a bit more money and it'll build from there.
Whenever I needed cash, I'd try something and give up because I wasn't getting nearly enough money. Then once I decided to stick at it and after about 3 weeks I was getting regular jobs from customer's friends and their friends, etc...
Just stick at it

my friend,s son goes to a local golf club sneaks over the wall and collects lost golf balls i think he said his best day was 300 or so ,,the scuffed balls he sells to the driving range as practice balls and the good condition ones he sells on ebay ,
he makes a fair bit of money from it ,,
stick to the right hand side of the fairway as bad golfers normally slice to the right ,,and be quiet youll be on private property and get your bum spanked if caught

More practical answer than before:
Make a sort of resume that says you are available as contract labor to do all sorts of basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying/scanning, stuffing mailouts, and anything else they can think of for less than a normal office worker.
It's easy work, you can often arrange special or short hours that are convenient to you. You might even be a tax exemption for them, and you won't have to pay income taxes. Even at lower than normal rates you'll make excellent money because you have so few expenses and (hopefully) no dependents. Most of those kinds of tasks can easilly be handled from 3pm-5pm, and some weekends.
Additionally, you will have a very good work history when you are through with highschool, and a very clear idea of the sort of jobs you absolutely would not like to have or pursue in college. Also, there is limited risk of burns (kitchens), dismemberment (construction), driving record blemishes (courier/delivery), or damage to other people's property.
Here's how you write your letter:

Now make about a dozen of these, walk to your nearest neighborhood business, and drop it in their mailbox. This can be tricky if you live in one of those newfangled subdivisions.
Then go do your homework. Or try to score booze. Or play EVE. Whatever.

Every time I heard the question asked, the said 13 year old did not want to work, just have money fall out of the sky somehow.
But if I'm wrong, another thing you can look for is elderly people who might need help with chores around the house, do the groceries shopping for them, etc.

i used to buy and resell on ebay, also sold things such as mobile phone ringtone cd's and the like.
i used to make more than my mom did a week, problem was though, i was spending the money almost as soon as i got it, not putting anything aside, which simply caused it to fall into nothing, well i did this until my parents found out when i was like 14, they werent happy so i didnt do it again which sucked ass, but its a good earner, just a trip to the post office takes 30 mins >< and a big bag.
Required some capital though, but tbh birthday/christmas money ftw.

You can start by learning proper english. I suggest you stay in school and pay closer attention to it and do your homework, instead of looking for secular work. If you don't you'll end up asking if people want fries with their order.
