I'm guessing the banner is only temporary. At least, I would hope so .

Going from computer game to card game.
You think they'd at least have gone through 'Eve: Text Adventure' first. ---------- Throwing ships away doing stupid things since April '06 |

It's not just kids that play CCGs. Also, being able to download EON for $3 would rather defeat the point of a magazine, unless it would be released much later online, I suppose.

I'm interested in the game, but I would like to know more about it first, and possibly only like to order the starter pack at first without the boosters. Is there a tutorial / introduction site being made possibly? ---

Could prove to be quite popular then ______ Long ago one gorgeous night, we let the stars grow free. We let Zhuge do that once, he came back carrying a traffic cone, a forsale sign and three empty bottles of dutch lager. He also lost his Zimmer Frame... - Imaran

EDIT: Hmm, surely there will be more options than buying an entire booster display?

I don't know, sounds awefully expensive at $96 for each duel pack. Do you really want to shell out $192 for the game?

That's actually completely usual (if not cheap) a price. What it lacks is the option to buy less since you hardly need a whole box at first (even though it's nice). So, starter pack for 20$ish and boosters in smaller quantities (5, 10, 15, 20) would surely attract more interested tries. ---

Tbh their prices are right, they doing it at like $20 for the starter packand full colour guide... and then a pack of 24 booster packs which comes to about $3.20 per pack
which is like average for these card games... i just think they need the option to preorder / buy without getting all the stuff, they need seperate sales for booster packs and starter sets

This card game was very popular when it was tested by everyone at the last fan fest. I don't play those things myself, but I'd like to get my hands on some cards just for the sake of owning them. Yes, I'm a silly person.

arent thoose card-games more targeting at the preteen/teen age group ? i dont think it fits the people that play eve.
and i hope ccp is not trying to attract more "young" players to eve, cause that is why i stopped playing my last mmorpg.
