This is a press release on behalf of no-one but ourselves.
It is with a sad heart that I announce to the public today the permanent cessation of Krysalis Industries' commercial activities and the immediate liquidation of all it's assets.
The reasons for this are many, but, to be frank, the minutae of them all would simply bore you. Several days ago it became apparent that our CEO, Maxell Snow, was not in full control of himself. Mounting a covert operation to take control of Rho Dynamics by kidnapping and ransoming Lilith Blackheart. This operation took place without consultation with myself or any other within Krysalis besides those operatives that took part in said operation. The operation went awry and the Krysalis Special-Operations agents that took part in the mission became unsettled by Maxells behaviour. After attempting to abort the mission, these operatives, who's identity remains confidential, found themselves attacked by Maxell and a struggle ensued. This struggle ended up in the destruction of Krysalis property and an attempt by the victims to mount a revenge attack.
I attempted to calm the tempers and placed myself directly between the two opposing sides, stating that anyone firing upon another member of Krysalis, regardless of their positoion, would be engaged by me should they initiate such an action. The situation deescalated but Maxell Snow dissapeared. The two operatives who took part in the operation tended their resignation.
Subsequent internal discussions within Krysalis resulted in many core members feeling unable to go on and likewise tended their resignations. It is with a heavy heart that I have presided over the death of the corporation that I founded as one of my greatest friends dissapeared into the vacuum.
I will not attempt to moralise or rationalise Maxell's choices in this, he is his own man and I do not believe that these events have been entirely within his control.
Krysalis will henceforth be terminated as a commercial venture and those that are left will implement procedures to liquidate and reinvest the corporations significant resources and assets.
In three short months Krysalis grew exponentially, to be cut down in it's prime by infighting, tension and disinterest. These mistakes will be learnt from and not repeated.
Procedures are in place to bring what is left of the corporation out from the darkness. I will personally attend to this and I make a promise to each and every one of you;
You have not heard the last from me, much as some of you might wish to.
Sincerely,
Jacq d'Luna Acting CEO of Krysalis Industries. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I am sorry to hear of Krysalis' collapse, Jacq, and Maxell's apparent onset of dementia. I hope that you and the other members of Krysalis are able to find new homes in corporations that will move you and the Intaki people forward toward greater independence and help continue the work started in the last few months. I know that CAPT Tervada will be sad to see Krysalis forced to suspend their support operations of our antipirate campaign in the Placid region. -- CAPT Svetlana Scarlet Chief of Diplomatic Staff Captain, CNS Silken Voice Caldari Independent Navy Reserve |

Dementia? Hardly. There is only so much one can take fighting against evil only to be standing alone. I tried to fight the impending storm and stood alone. You most of all Svetlana knew my feelings, your own alliance didn't have the stomach to do the right thing even, you know this. Others you called your friends knew this, and yet you did nothing. By no means am I a fighter, but I am certainly not going to surround myself with cowards. I chose survival.

That would be the best possible outcome for the People and former Krysalis, though many of them were very pro-Federation and I expect they will go serve the Federation.
I do not believe the fault of Krysalis was in the corporation, or even its vaguely defined ideology, but the strong personalities at work.
Intkai Independence is a lofty goal, many cannot aim so high with out crumbling. Heck we might all crumble reaching for the stars.
It is my hope Placid Coalition will begin to consider more Separatist ideology, the Federation is about to get a cruel racist at its leader and every able bodied freedom fighter will be needed.
Let me go look for an Olive Branch.
By the way Maxell, Kimotoro has done more for the Intaki than Krysalis ever did just by helping defend Placid. The Intaki owe them a debt of gratitude for accepting Vremaja's request. How quickly you turn on your friends Maxell, how quickly indeed,

Becoming the very thing you once fought against is hardly a noble choice, Maxell. I can only assume you have gone mad, or that Lillith somehow twisted your mind to your own ends -- a talent she is rather well-known for, unfortunately. I fear you have started upon a dark path there may be no turning back from, and I am sad to see it -- for I have the feeling the next time I see you, our relations will not be so cordial as our previous conversations.
You have not bettered your condition, Maxell -- you have helped to doom your own people, those you once fought for. I only hope they are able to rebound from your betrayal and hold the line against the very forces you are now a pawn of. You have sacrificed humanity for the cold comfort of Sansha's hellish song.... -- CAPT Svetlana Scarlet Chief of Diplomatic Staff Captain, CNS Silken Voice Caldari Independent Navy Reserve |

So after fighting against evil, you've decided to join it? How sane and rational of you. Yes, joining that which you were fighting makes complete sense.
You ran, and you call those around you the cowards?

What is the Directive's agreement with True Core? You call me a coward? Try reality for a moment. I did consider people within the Directive as honorable. Instead you made a deal with the devil, no different than what I have done.

I suggest you ask your new masters what deal we have with them, if you think such a deal exists. You toy with us at your own risk, Maxell -- I assure you no one in the Reserve takes you and your ilk lightly.
And I suspect you have not learned the full extent of the deal you have made.... -- CAPT Svetlana Scarlet Chief of Diplomatic Staff Captain, CNS Silken Voice Caldari Independent Navy Reserve |

There is no deal you traitor. We have no standing whatso ever with True Core. His insane Nation is so out of our sphere of influence that they do not concern us.
Oh... Jacq, If I can be of help in any way or you wish to reconsider what we discussed in private earlier, I'd be happy to. _____________________________________

I'm tired of listening to your misdirected rhetoric. You continually point the finger at other's inaction and still you and your cronies do nothing to help the Intaki people. I challenge you to come to Placid and fight piracy as you agreed to or be labelled gutless cowards.
However I believe you'll continue to fight your ridiculous battles against small pro-Federation industrial outfits and obscure bandits far removed from Placid, all while under the yoke of your Amarr masters.
Vremaja Idama, I apologize to you. We have tried to make this partnership with INTAKI UNION work. I am afraid we have no hope of working together.
Originally by: Eden Ramani It is my hope Placid Coalition will begin to consider more Separatist ideology, the Federation is about to get a cruel racist at its leader and every able bodied freedom fighter will be needed.
If that should come to pass, you can be quite sure that our involvment in any fight against an oppressive Federal regime will not be at your side. After your attempts at blackmail, your secret dealings with Dark Seraph and your twisted idea of Intaki freedom, we want nothing to do with you.

Vendrin and Scarlet, the two of you should speak with Nikolai. Perhaps, once I am home I will transmit a copy of the agreement he made with True Core to you for your review since you seem to want to feign innocence.
Vendrin, you of all people, after Takitoo fired on a True Core pilot far from home and deep in Placid as the pilot circled one of your own...Then, turning around and chastising Takitoo for breaking your rules of engagment... When people turn there backs on friends and lead themselves into such foolish causes as Sansha's Nation there be but two words to say and no more.
Good riddance.
Sansha's Nation is a dream of slavers, criminals and murderers. His death is all that was needed to shred there supporters into roaming bands of belt rats, and gate gaurding misfits.
If one wishes to waste his time on such foul and pointless causes, he will meet his end and die where noone can hear him or care to listen.

There seems to be some confusion here.
Kimotoro Directive currently has no official diplomatic contact with True Core whatsoever.
If True Core is interested in diplomatic relations with the Directive, Dust Angel or an authorized representative can contact me at any time.

I'd also like to affirm that Kimotoro has done more for the Placid Region than the "local" corps. They have more pilots running more operations and have seriously effected the activities of the area.
Kimotoro is clearly owed a debt, one Placid Coalition can't repay should hostilities break out but one Intaki Union can and will. Not that Kimotoro needs any assistance, but sometimes overwhelming forces are just fun to throw at an enemy
Kimotoro have proven they are good people. Krysalis have proven they are failures. Jalia of course is bitter

What you've done is earn the contempt of your Federation, your former friends and allies, and made yourself into nothing more than a puppet. If you're found causing problems in our sphere of influence, you'll find out just how wrong you are about any sort of 'argeement' between the directive and sansha slaves.
It looks like all you've done is caved under the pressure of work, and decided to throw away your free will and responsibility. You're no better than the Coreli, altho the actions of people such as yourself do serve to weaken the Federation if nothing else.
I wish I had been able to attent the placid operations, then maybe I could've seen this overblown incident I keep hearing about. If you have a problem with rules and obeying orders, I think you're going to find the Nation to be the last place you'll want to be.

Heaven forbid that the INTAKI UNION would actually be local to Intaki, Viriette or even Placid... *laughs*
I think the Kimotoro commander of Placid operations will admit that their presence here isn't that numerous. Regardless, we are happy to be flying with them fighting piracy in Placid. Exactly what is your relationship with Kimotoro again?
It's fair to suggest that you know absolutely nothing about affairs in this region of space, have absolutely no idea of what is best for it's people nor care to lift a finger to improve matters.

The show? It's hard to see the show from here in Placid. Anyway, it's your move. Perhaps if we are standing in your path for the hearts and minds of Intaki you'd best do something about it. You've threatened us with war before and at least you'll know where to find us. Be sure to ask your Amarr masters for permission and support first won't you?
Of course Krysalis didn't so much join the alliance as co-found it but I suspect the distinction is a little beyond you.

Thank you to all my former friends that have been so quick to turn their backs and denounce my actions, you have proven my decision correct.
I sometimes think Phantoms and the rest of IU speaks only to hear themselves talk as they managed to get involved in yet another discussion that had nothing to do with them.
No Phantoms, Krysalis was not a failure, I was. I have no problem with that. Sad for you though to consider this failure ended your little ego war against Krysalis with a single comm message to an Idama. People say the Core are mind numbed zombies? Hardly...

It seems to me Maxell that you are the one who turned your back on your friends and joined the criminals you once claimed to be against. I would hardly call not supporting your traitorous acts "turning their back" on you.
And when you had the chance to permanently solve some issues and save my friend from the dark path she is set upon, by removing the dark influence, you chose to instead try to line your pockets with ISK. And when you failed you showed your true lack of character by joining the same criminals you opposed. I will never forgive that.
Jalia, I am really beginning to like you
I also find it continuosly amusing of how the Union tries to pretend they are a factor in Intaki politics or in the Placid region, yet by all accounts everybody else operating in the area outright dismisses them. ________________

As you can see by the recent press release it has already begun. Why don't you go back to sitting in your chair and looking pretty versus getting involved now. You and her other friends let Kaleigh go down this path. Don't blame me for your lack of vision and action.
You think True Core is the worst threat? Regions away from your little pocket of depravity and self indulgence? Please...turn that powerful sense of perception around and look inward at you and those around you. How many more people does Kaleigh have to destroy emotionally? True Core at least retains those they take and uses them. She discards her toys when she grows tired of them. You should know this Shemar, personally...as should half of the region.

Considering I posted here yesterday, directly after checking your affairs with relative disinterest (since they almost never have any relevance to Placid), perhaps you'd like to comment on your foot-in-mouth politics?
I hadn't expected that you'd attack the people you had intended to attempt to dismember Placid Reborn with so quickly. That was stupid of me considering your ridiculous attempts to try to maneuver into our good graces in the first instance.

I have little control over what Kaleigh does. Confronting her would only help Lillith in isolating her from the people that really care about her and convince her that they turned on her.
