I swear that CCP is trying to give me the run around.
I have recently filed 2 serious petitions in the others category. To check these petitions you have to go to evesupport>myquestions on the eve-o site. I have received notification that I was in the queue to be helped. Well that was 4 days ago and today I logged on and it is gone and it looks as if the petition system has seen some changes.
CCP what did you do with my petitions, and now do I file them all over again and wait even longer to receive, a character back and 3.75billion isk. A warning might have been nice.
This is outragoues. First you ask me to wait several days for you to help me, EVEN though I got illegal scammed,(remember eve players if you are stuck in space you will get a fast response from the GM's, but if you get scammed illegally ie character auction you will not get a response back for several days and your isk in my case 3.75billion and your time will be wasted)and now you completely take away my means of getting the problem resolved.
So does anyone know where it went? Or how I can find these "other" categoried petitions?

Unfortunately m8 that is not what I am looking for it was evesupport>myquestions as of last night. I dont ever recall that being there before. It looks like CCP stealth nerfed the eve support and added this FINALLY might I add it is a good tool.

two points I would like clarified - obviously in a nice way so it doesn't affect my petition ;P
1. Is my petition still there? Or do I have to re-file it?
2. How can I check its status?
Ive been waiting over a week for responses (I have even been filing updates to help clarify any questions), it is urgent to me but man Brock I hope u get yours sorted out - u so need to be in the Q ahead of me - yours is Really urgent! Good Luck!

I have pretty much exactly the same problem. "My Questions" section gone. Noticed my question status was 'elevated' last time I checked. Haven't gotten a reply for about a week now.
It certainly is testing. I can't even play the game until I get some response to my issue.

have had my petition ignored by a n00b gm, even when asking to escelate to a senior gm it was ignored
several forum post after it was still being ignored...
finally, after a couple of weeks(yes, couple), went and made an all out treath on the forums (i`ll skip the actuall treath) and had kieron thankfully rub it under a senior gm`s nose with a petition reply waiting after waking up (was like 3-5 hours later(still ****ed off from the outcome tho)) but it worked, over several days i got reply after reply
guess having several accounts and on the brink of executing a treath, stuff gets done...
so, petition time/reply/escelation/whatever is a f`ing drama, let alone when u have a n00b gm who just got the position and thinks to know eveything better heh
now, with the new changes and nothing showing up anymore (history erased?), i think we need to pray for a petition god and pray to him/her (rather have a "her" tho :) )

What I find most ironic and sadly FUNNY about this whole situation, is I have posted a petition in the tech support petitioning the loss of my 2 petitions!
When will the layers of this madness end. Layer upon Layer.... etc. etc.

Do we risk clogging up the system with duplicate petitions if we resubmit them??

TY for taking the time to reply Sharkbait , we do appreciate it.
I will hold off resubmitting my petition for a while and will keep checking this thread in the hope we get an answer.
The last thing I want to do is create more work for everyone by creating an unneccessary petition, but if they have been lost then at least if I know about it I can get back in the Q

wich such a change, why isn`t there any news or warning other then by players them selfs?
a news item that the petition interface will be completly changed and bugged to hell, would have given quite some more credability to ccp instead of being silent with it

Anyone knows how many petitions are being worked on everydays?
Might help to find out why some petitions takes so long to get reply.

3 weeks here to having back a ship lost because lag. I really think CCP should improve its customer services and very old ANCIENT granny bugs like the damn "return to drone bay" that still doesn't work from time to time, instead of thinking about Enterprise ship

ive been waiting to they deleted the questions link and i had an active question in there and now the da** thing is gone so i put in an ingame petion asking about it 4 days ago and still no answer im getting feed up

I put in a question about a sound issue, after a 2 days got a reply then got told they couldnt help and to fill out a bug report. fine i thought, no prob.
Went to do that and the login for bugs took me round and round, couldnt get logged in at all even though password was fine so i updated my question letting the GM know i couldnt get in and now the dam question hyperlink is gone as well and the only knowledge base i can get access to is english and german, the others have gone..... spooky  not that i need access to these others but there where 4 or 5 languages to chose from about a week ago and now theres only 2.
it would be nice if CCP could keep us up to data and also, whats with keeping news about patches and powerouts up for days after they have occured? seems odd to me but nevermind, i just play here 
Oh, and on keeping players up to date, a little off topic i know, but CCP normaly do a big news thing when they break a new users online at one time record... well they seem to have missed the 26k+ players on a few weeks back as ive seen no news of it

Any news yet? At this rate it might be better just to repitition.
On a Side note where would I petition character auction scam to get the most effective response time. I dont think other or reimbursement is a fair place for something of this scale.

any idea if we have to re-enter the old petitions? or if they will be restored? It's been weeks since I submitted my petition and will be harder to repost it with my memory not as fresh of the incident.

Thanks sharkbait for all the help you have given, even though it felt almost in vein. I did petition this in tech support along with posting here. It looks like I got ahold of someone that new the answer before you did. Here we go the answer we wanted. I think.
