A lot of forum celebrities have been banned over the years since bans and warnings stick. Any chance of removing the warnings and bans after a given time has passed after they were passed (like 1 year or so)? The finality of the bans have hurt the forums in a very serious way since the posters that made people care are now mostly gone.

Q : Is there any intend in the nearest future to improve the service you call "customer suport", so customer dont wait 10+ days for disapointing "auto" answear ?
The few times I've been forced to use the service is nothing but disapointing premade answears. So it would be bice to know how you plan the future..

We have a buddy list which is used, for most in 0.0, as an enemies list. Are there plans to make seperate friends and enemies lists?
I hear stories from the before time, in the long long ago, about CCP finishing off a skill if an extended DT took longer than expected. As a way of thanking us for our patience and not being able to play a game we pay for. Did this ever happen and why did it stop?
Can we have a daily message for corp/alliance chat?
When will you show the miners some love and give them a capitol ship with a refinery?
Now that you have "fixed the bugs" on carriers and freighters, can you make them capable of at least a three system jump?
Why is there no CCP controled bank or stockmarket?
Are there ever going to be contracts?
Can you remove the rule that you cannot kick inactive players from your corp if they have stock?
If you really want an isk sink, where are the CCP owned casinos?
Will I ever be able to buy ad space on billboards even if it is only text?
Why are drones retarded and get hung up on each other when you recall then to your ship?

I think they should do this again but make it if its not up in 24-48 hours then the skill will either full/partially finish some training depending on the rank of the skill.
NOTE: CCP Does reccomend that you start a long skill training before any patches etc..

Will there be a method for players to manufacture goods that are currently only retailed by NPC stations? I'm mainly talking about Robotics, Mechanical Parts and other POS 'fuel' goods, as well as containers of all favours.

When can we chose the voice (A.I.) of our ship? I want the old one back and/or maybe other ones.
(The A.I. implant or module or whatever could offer a small boost to the ship in general, each one unique)

Why do CCP inform us of ideas that for one reason or another fail to materialise, rather than just tell us what we will definitely get?
And on the same theme, why haven't you managed to bring in some of those ideas, things like the comets, gas mining and system-wide asteroid fields?
