Why is there not a logical progression of mining ships from the hulk to a capital moon miner?

I've yet to see a dev comment on any of the capital mining ship threads Tell us if you think it's not reasonable, and why!

There has been a trend developing towards acceptance of 'lame' game play. Things such as Log in, and log off tactics, drone spammage, convo spam's.
Are there any plans to restrict these things, some of which exist because of a loophole in the code designed to prevent this in the first place (ie Log offs)?

i'd like to ask where did Zrakor go, why doesn't he post in mission forum anymore, and whether offer system is broken or it nerfed to make mission running pointless.
For details see mission forum, lots of whinning there.
Basically, the offer variety has gone, lots of people now are getting the same offers all the time (someone get implants all the time, others get only mining crystals).
Also concerning the faction ship offers, there are only reports about such offers for tags, and no reports about tweaked (according to patch notes) "blowout" offers (where you were offered to pay 50 mil for navy frig 1-run, 200m for navy cruiser, 500mil for navy BS), does that mean that "blowouts" were removed, which is in fact the "tweak" mentioned in patch notes? Or it's just a cause of some bug...

Landable planets, dockable plantary ports? Any news on planets at all?

Is there a plan to at some point make Bounty Hunting a viable profession, for example, by making Kill Rights transferable. (or for that matter, but adding group dynamic aspects to said kill rights....)
Not a simple thing, I know, but would make things much more interesting.

Has the idea or can the idea of "being able to change skills via the Eve-online website" been brought to the dev table for discussion to allow the people who have to commute alot and use internet cafe's keep there skills in check without having to have a full version of the game installed.
