Yup, looks like this patch was a huge boost to the renter alliances. If you're not blueballed to one of the Big Ones, then everything is pretty much 50%.

Yes. I am ready to fly my 6/6/6 slotted battlecruiser, 7/7/7 battleship or 3/3/3 frigate doing 10, 100, or 1000 omnidamage. I accept that numbers throughout the game should be nice and round like on the bastion module. Everything should be divisable by 10 no commas. I will enjoy playing eve on the console of my choice or on my android or ios phone.
