Today, Two becomes One.
Today, Fountain Alliance [FA] and the New Outer Ring Allied Democracy [NORAD] would like to announce that they have merged into a combined alliance to be named RISE.
RISE will initially reside in Outer Ring, while the integration of FA and NORAD into RISE is completed. The areas of claimed space will include the Outer Ring, and all Syndicate regions accessed only via the Outer Ring (6-V49K, QS-FVH and SKX-PL).
Below is a summary of the policies RISE will be following.
ò NBSI in our claimed space
ò RISE will maintain the æAnti-PirateÆ stance FA and NORAD maintained.
ò Standings will be set based on an agreed æcommonÆ standings list based on the current FA and NORAD lists, all corporations and alliances will be notified of changes to their current standings via the joint Diplomatic Crew.
ò Those wishing to clarify standings in case of non-notification, or have any other queries regarding RISE, our current Diplomatic Crew members are: Barin Serrano , Vache and nashi
We look forward to this new and exciting chapter in the history of these two alliances, both FA and NORAD will be maintained in an inactive state due to their history within Eve.

Two alliances merging to form a stronger entity, its quite un-funny actually...
Thinking about it FA have been fighting a long time, NORAD have been fighting a long time, this is a match made in heaven to be honest. Both entities are used to fighting and both have proven they have determination.
Watch this alliance tbh.

It just might!! I was watching this show last night about the Illuinati and it had a very bad effect on me. It caused me to see the world in a new light and question the things around me. So when a new alliance forms in EVE, I pay attention to the little details!
