What a bunch of deranged, arrogant, unhelpful ******* idiots.
Mids and lows do not affect torp range at all.
3x Torp Laauncher II w/javelin ammo
1 T2 Fuel Cache rig
1 T2 Hydraulic Bay Thruster Rig
gets you the maximum possible range for the hull
131,188 meters.
Skills affecting range:
Caldari Frigate (hull bonus)
Missile Bombardment
Missile Projection
That should be it.
