With maxed out Manticore torpedo related skills, what's the maximum torpedo range I should achieve?
Please include the effective skills / fittings you used to reach maximum torpedo range potential.

Range rigs are the slot affecting torp range, so figuring out ranges should be easy.

If you can't download a simple program and use it to work out the range or just work it out yourself, Eve isn't for you. At the very least you could have done a little of your own research and ask more specific questions, but at this point you're just asking us to spoonfeed you.
Here, I'll even give you another link that you can use to find out yourself without having to download any third party programs:

3x Torp Laauncher II w/javelin ammo
1 T2 Fuel Cache rig
1 T2 Hydraulic Bay Thruster Rig
gets you the maximum possible range for the hull
131,188 meters.
Skills affecting range:
Caldari Frigate (hull bonus)
Missile Bombardment
Missile Projection
That should be it.

Plus 5% projection or bombardment implant (both Slot 7) gets you 137.781km. If you're silly enough to fit a 590m 6% implant then it's 139.093km and you'd better not let anyone know where you fly.
