X2: The Threat-first true RPG (my pc doesnot like X3 :( )
Call of Duty 2-XBox 360 multiplayer mostly... caimpain on veteran is hard lol
Starport: Galactic Empires-MMORPG that got me into this type of stuff- awsome community
Snake-cell phone-best game ever... almost
EVE-got its bugs, but not too bad. nice community
did i miss any.... no thats it. bit more than 5 though

BBC: Elite.
C64: Bruce Lee, Elite, Bubble Bobble, Turrican I & II.
Arcade: TMNT, Snow Bros.
Amiga: Settlers, Populous II.
RISC OS: Elite.
PC: Dune II, TIE Fighter, Transport Tycoon, Civilisation I & II, Starcraft, Diablo II, Baldur's Gate, Eve Online.
PSX: Twisted Metal II, Final Fantasy VII.

Red orchestra mod for ut2004 (havent played the retail version) red orchestra was realism down to the core (ww2 eastern front) No cross hairs, Autos were really really inaccurate, mg's couldnt be fired from the hip (they could but you wouldnt hit anything, ever)
Ummmmmmmmm lets seee..... Morrowind oblivion was good, Morrowind before that was good when modded to remove cliff racers and the stupid stamina thing.

I'm surprised to see barely any GTA3. It was the top-selling game in whatever year it came out.
Heres my list:
1. Super Metroid - There is not a single problem I have with this game. I honestly can't think of adding anything that would make it better, except maybe more of the game!
2. Starcraft - I'm still fighting the addiction. I want to get back into it so bad, but I know I would get owned by all the Koreans. I want starcraft II though damnit!
3. Descent (I, II, and 3) - if you are a twitch gamer that likes to own your opponents with your quick reactions, fast thinking, and shear will to win, this game is for you. Descent 3 still has great graphics in today's standards. I miss those days playing D2 through Kali on my Mac.
4. Counter-strike - I'm not sure if I liked to play this because of the game, or just the for the competition. I love the competitve aspect of games, in fact I went pro for a short while, and CS is one of the biggest games out there for professional gaming.
5. F-Zero (Original and GX) - If you like driving fast. I can't think of a game that can better portray the feeling of going fast as $%*& than F-Zero. GX is just damn hard game and I love challening games.
Honorable Mentions:
GTA-III - It's fun to get in trouble!
Ikaruga - Most of you guys probably aren't familiar with this. It's the hardest game EVER for the gamecube. Probably because its a traditional top-down space shooter.
MUD's - I've dropped thousands of hours into multi-user text games when I was a teenager. The MUD that I played on was called Aesir.
X-Wing/Tie-Fighter games from Lucas Arts - taking on Imperial starcruisers with your little fighter was great!
I didn't put EVE on the list because I've only been playing for a few days. I have a feeling once I get into the meat of the game that I will really enjoy it, though.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines (I can put up with the bugs for an awesome game like this)

Imperium Galactica II (My CDs don't work for this anymore  )
