One of the features I enjoy about my G15 is that I can see a quick overview of what I'm doing without breaking my screen saver. Other MMORPGs are supporting it, and I don't think it's a function that would require constant maintenance.
Imagine a "Current Overview", "Drone Target", "Cargo Load" or other indicators which could be made available to the player, or a series of indicators which indicate your cap/charge rate, shield/charge rate, armor amount and hull amount.

This information is available ont he screen. Why would you take your eyes off the screen to look at your keyboard to find this info?
