Theres definitely a US/Europe difference on forum topics...you see it when US is offline and the EU swamps the boards - first thing in the morning, the US players have been posting throughout (our) night, and the topics are soooo different.
Without intending to be inflammatory, the US players do complain more, but thats because they are more serious about the game and game issues, which is not a bad thing at all. They also post more on technical issues etc.
The EU people tend to be a bit more calm and a bit more ironic. And slightly more "eccentric". I'll stop generalising now. 
DB - best as in what? I can talk crap, but thats about it - i don't have other posters talent for articulating game issues or bugs, or exploits etc. Some people can see so many issues that I never would have thought of, mainly cos Im too busy taking the **** out of Hardin...
