You know when i started playing this game there was no tutorial /me gasps imagine that just raw common sense and trial and error. Constructive no, the truth yes. The op reminds me of a person who has a can opener and a tin and needs an explanation of how to open the feckin tin.

Truth to be said the guy just wondered why he can't use the awsd keys to navigate and only had to double click to a direction.
Which is understandable since he is coming from a FPS MMO which uses only these keys for movement (i think never played it, i play NWN which is using mouse). He said having difficulties with tutorial due to that mainly (as far as i undestood).
And out of topic someone mentioned that paladins don't do decent damage. Well given the rights skills and feats they do, and if they come against undead/evil they are like a Tank against a water pistol.

Let me translate for the hard-of-roleplay: because back in the days when Eve was conceived and developed, it wasn't thought possible to create an MMORPG with thousands of ships all controlled in proper flight simulation, CCP did not attempt to implement it and instead chose a point and click flight model.
It would be cool if you could fly your ship properly, plug in your Cyborg 3D and fire your guns with the trigger switch, but alas, we will have to wait until a newer MMORPG comes out before this is possible.

You took his response out of context and then told him to leave.

I think the OP deserved my reply especially after he said:
