ok, it's not really a a server that is powered by dragons. should really be "SISI Hamster server"
anyways, as the few people that do ready the stickies know, we released a new unicode client which is going to be needed for TQ soon. We have just got sisi fixed and updated to version 4551. as soon as the patches are ready they will be available on the patches site. they are currently being built. if you are reading this an hour after it's creation date, then they are built so go download and test like you never tested before.

the none english thing is being sorted by Nozh atm.
i have no idea about the cap bug tbh, please file a bug report (with detail !!!)

And Shark, maybe check what has been bug reported before screaming at us as you would find that, i know i have at least, reported everything i have said here previous to this post...
i know whats been bug reported and what hasn't normally. but there are so many bug reports with useless information, so we perfer to have loads of bug reports so we can find out whats happening or do get some good 1st come through.
you have no idea how many "a mission doesn't work" or "doing stuff breaks stuff" type bug reports which without a reproduction, logfile, mission name, agent name and screenshot, there just a waste of time. if we get loads of well detailed reports about the same issue, then we just assign them all to the defect about the bug or create a defect and assign them.
oh and some people that have posted are complaining about DX9 problems, well we need the bug reports so we can find out what gfx card you have.

nope. he's not. the server is alive and ticking just fine. your problem is you are connecting to the wrong servers. instead of connecting to the ip addresses, select singuality from the server selection box.

the patch wasn't built today. sisi is currently running build 4552. i'm home in england and not able to access the build server, so i cant build the patch. will try to poke someone asap

ok. 1st of all i don't start the sticky topics to discuss other peoples languages. it's totally off topic and totally not needed here.
2nd. you don't know the full list of the problems we have had lately with sisi and it's hardware. alot of the problems have been fixed now and should improve stability.
3rd. we are testing a completely new code base, so there will be problems to start with. worst 2 problems as yet are that the server doesn't talk to the client correctly and you can't connect to the server unless you are running windows XP with service pack 2. we know about these problems and are fixing them. i think it's better we try to fix these on the test server, even if it means breaking it rather than testing on TQ.
4th. i'm on holiday. leave me alone 
ps: there will be a patch made today.

i can truely say i wish this was the case and i would take great pride in sending out the pictures to everyone. but however. it's not and i want to cry

the links i originally posted have been changed i think. i will check up on this.
as regards connection issues, they are being checking into right now and will have them sorted asap. i believe we have all the information needed but please feel free to file bug reports with logfiles, too much information is better than not enough. there was a connection problem for some people, but i think that was resolved in 4556
