V fer Vendetta is pretty kewl...
Pulp Fiction holds a special place in my heart.
and Team America is a wonderful masterpiece of this era's artwork.

Hard to tell.
Star Wars was pretty intense back then.
Leon too.
Death by Murder very entertaining.
Dancer in the Dark made me cry... I still have to fast forward some scenes because they are just too sad.
Blade Runner very great music... and great movie too.
Vertigo ... incredibly good editing for a movie that old.
Matrix was revolutionary.
War Machine amazingly crappy B-Movie but funny as heck.
Army of Darkness same.

i really like the lord of the rings films tbh. i didn't expect them to make them as good as they did. fightclub is also a fav, at the end the whole movie makes sence and suddenly falls into place. other good film no one has mentioned is man on fire. great film which was based on a true story. worth watching.
i just watched final fantasy : advent children, good film which reminded me alot about FF7 and the amount of time i wasted on that instead of showing up at school

Jacobs Ladder Superb film thats been somewhat underrated in my opinion.
Once Upon A Time In America Best gangster film bar none.
The Usual Suspects What can one say that hasn't been already said?
The Terminator Possibly the greatest film ever made.
Serenity I don't usually consider recent films, I like to wait a few years to see if I still like them as much, but I think this'll be a stayer.
Platoon A somewhat more realistic portrail of war than a gung ho John Wayne flick.

Brilliant movie.
Yes I included Jacobs Ladder in my list and have to say this scene is the best in the film. Hearing the voice say "dream on" still sends chills down my spine some 15 years after i first saw this film. Time to watch it again me thinks.

OK, lets list the movies where Angie has been naked ... I'm doing this not because I like boobies, but because I want to show that Hackers was chosed for reasons other than skin (good reasons or not... yet to be determined). Now... let me remind you that in addition to a very brief boob flash, Hackers was not just about the ta-tas! But at the time, it was a very cool movie. But, as it was a tech-movie, it becomes laughable and outdated as the technology does... and technology changes very fast!

The reason I didn't like it was because it wasn't realistic in any way. Hacker culture was never like that, and hacking never looked or worked anything like the movie portrayed. I realize it would have been pretty tedious to just show a guy typing code into a computer in a dark room but IMO they went way overboard with the exaggerations. 9/10 for the idea (cause I'd love to see more hacking related movies), 5/10 for the execution.

Twelve Monkeys was fantastic
as for Napolean Dynamite anyone anyone who enjoyed this movie should be checked out.
I think I lasted about 60 minutes of this dross before i willed myself from the coma it induced and turned it off.
I have absolutely no idea why some bumbling fool staggering around saying 'sweet' is funny.
Im gonna have to start dishing out the pain to those that insist
'Dude greatest Movie EVAR, like go see it its frikin awesome muha muha its sweet ha ha'

All quiet on the western front.
One of the best war films I've ever seen. This makes Saving private ryan look like a TV show for kids.

The Shawshank Redemption - Originally I looked at this at thought it would be a major snore-fest, was dead wrong
Anchorman - One of the few films that leaves me in stitches, just so many memorial quotes

You mean before they took authenticity seriously. How can you take a war movie for real when the see the Germans in 'Battle of the Bulge' in American M-60(Vietnam Era) Tanks with Iron Crosses painted on the side and decked out in post war East German gear...
They're aren't enough Panzers or Tigers around to make a movie that scale with. They also didn't have computer animation back then. I agree most old war movies aren't very accurate but don't knock a movie for something that they could do absolutely nothing about.

Thin Red Line and Apocalypse Now are my fav war movies.
Seeing CTHD at the cinema in mandarin was my best cinema experience (do NOT watch the dubbed version).
Best film to make me cry was probably Big Fish.
