I uploaded my missile skills. Before deleting it for being unrealistic, please have a look here.
At most, my missile skillpoints was 49.07968685% of my total skillpoints.

I remember looking at a previous screenshot of your char when you still had not trained all of them.
I'm working on the new version of the site, hopefully i can have it ready by the end of tonight, with all the features on the first post of the thread.
That's odd, I don't recall uploading such a screenshot 
There was another xml parser thingy that I uploaded it to though, it could have been that.

It's confirmed that there is such a character, but its identity remains unknown.

Scorpyn with only missile skills has surely messed with his xml file. He has no space-command skills and also not the uber of uber-skill 'mining'!
You're right, that file is edited. I have only removed skills though, none are added.
I don't consider that to be a problem unless stats for skillpoints per skill is added to the page.
Edit : For a link to a screenshot, look here. Since it's not allowed to modify screenshots before posting them there, feel free to petition and have someone from CCP:s end verify that the skill list is genuine if you can't take my word for it.

Seems like I made the right decision when maxing out my missile skills in order to keep the gallente lower or at least not alone on the top, as there is a gallente guy with 17M sp in missiles.
