Hi all,
I just resubbed to my account after a good half year off, I thought I would take a look at where my trading had left off however it seems that all my records have been wiped. I was sure I still had a few bits on the market when I left, did they just fall into the abyss or what? Is there any way to access these records again? |

I'm not sure what records you're referring to, but you've likely just been away longer then the records go back to. For example transaction history in the wallet is 30 days, the journal history in the Wallet is 90 days. |

There was a dev post a few months back that confirmed that Wallet > Transactions are kept for up to 30 days and Wallet > Journal for up to 60 days.
If you are not using a third party program to keep a history of wallet transactions then afaik there is no way to retrieve that information.
Edit : after reading the above reply, maybe the Journal is 90 days, I tried a quick search for the post but couldn't see it. |

I also seem to recall (but can't find any source to confirm this atm) that there is an upper limit to how many entries you can have at one time GÇö do GÇ£too muchGÇ¥ business, and the records might only be a week or two back. IIRC it's a hard limit of 1000 entries for both wallet and journal. Is this a shared hard limit or is it separate? |

I believe it's a separate hard limit, ie 1000 entries for wallet journal, and another 1000 entries for wallet transactions.
