Not that I am the one who is typing 3000 characters to change assumptions to facts. Look at the forums and you can see who whine the most.
1. Minmatar
2. Amarr
3. Gallente/Caldari

Maybe because SOME of our ships are *** ?
And yours are "fine"?

And donŠt forget that the ship will probably not have the PG to fit 1400T2 now that will be amusing to say the least.
I still canŠt grasp why do we need another BS to fleet battles,i would rather have a big bellicose ,I propose:
- 5% bonus to target painter range and 20% bonus to target painter optimal range per level.
A 4/8/8 slot layout ,lets face it we will not kill *** with this ship so we could tank shield and armor tank at the same time .

My point exactly ,do we really need a ship based around artys that is doomed to fail from the beginning?
I mean if this ship do come out with this bonus i will armor tank it and go AC and ECM (until the ECM nerf comes in),i donŠt care if she will be slow as a turd,low agility.
This ship doenst seem to bring anything new to the minmatar way of figthing,hell even the galente will have a faster BS than us so hey ....

Not really. But 3 out of 4 races got a slightly improved version of what they already had. Amarr with a modified Apoc, Minmatar with a modified Tempest and Gallente with a modified Megathron. Only Caldari got a ship for a completely new purpose really.
Personally I would have made the tier 3 very different from tier 1/2 for all races except Caldari. Possibly give minnie a missile ship, give gallente a EW boat and give amarr a drone carrier. But i guess they are afraid to mess up balance. Just look at what the Rohk does to balance... and thats one ship. :/
What i donŠt get it is why don't they try to make BS more inline with their smaller brothers(cruisers).
Amar-+ArBi-+Drone BS with a bonus to tracking disrupter
Minmatar-+staber-+they could make it 10% to speed ,low mass,high agility BS
Gallente-+Celestis-+Celestis big brother nuff said
The caldari can have their rails platform cause they deserved it .
