Among other cards I received (including an Apoc and Geddon, yay!) I got a foil version of a Megathron. I was wondering how many other people got foil battleships in their packs?
Whilst I'm here... the quality of the cards first class. Awesome job! Alot of the mainstream CCGs aren't this good.
The rules look delightly exploitable, although its possible the race-exclusive roles might stiffen up strategies, but I won't really be able to give a full review until I've played a few more games...

I got one foiled battleship, but I cant remember if it was the Raven or the Scorpion.
Have to check when I get home.
Battleships I got was: Raven, Scorp and Tempest

It's a base set, and it's the only set out so far; possibilities are limited. That doesn't mean to say there isnt a lot of stuff you can do, though. It's a big base set as they go, incidentally.

(Salavating) A foil Megathron!
OMG OMG OMG! I want my cards! Now I know how that Unreal Tournament Gamer feels waiting for the game to load. If you don't know who I am referring to, check this out.

Battleships I got are Raven and Tempest, none of them foil. I do have a foiled Scythe and Ferox, tho...

I orderd both mega packs and came out with 1x Scorpion 1x Typhoon 1x Dominix 1x Foil Tempest 1x Megathron and a few BC's.
Now I just need to find a place where I can trade around for the ship carda I want. (Need more Caldari/Amarr ships, never been too fond of Gallente)
BTW What are the stats on the raven card?

Just finished a game with my sister, after a few setbacks puzzling out the rules (some aren't all that clear). I think the default decks are a bit light on ships. I am lookin forward to tinkering with decks (must get more cards, my old MTG collecting habits are kicking in ^_^ ).

Ouch! I ended up ok shipwise (see first post a bit up), had more Gallente than I wanted but I can't trade with anyone yet to get what I want :(

/me knows of a starbase struct that gives +x+x to a patrol ship where X is its patrol number.
Put the out and a raven and sweet monkey jesus.

1 typhoon (non-foiled) in my first megapack. I hope the second has more in cause otherwise i'll be frigate blobbing a lot i guess

Well, my order is sitting rougly 60 miles from me, so I will probably be getting it Monday. That is, I hope they get here early before my fiancee has to go to work.
Anyway, I hope to get at least some decent premiums. Usually in Magic, the foils I get (even of rares) are usually of worthless or niche cards (cards that only work in one kind of deck, and usually not one I play).
Hopefully my luck is better with EVE.
I'll post as soon as I get them.

They have exactly the same stats as normal cards only the card is all shiny and pretty.

Dang....I got a lot of foil ships....including a shiny Tempest, Rupture, and Bellicose! Kind of an oxymoron there - shiny Minmatar ships? Doesn't seem to fit...
