My suggestion is that you get all your frustrated Amarr buddies together, and form a blob right next to an Amarr controlled stargate. Just fire off a little rocket or two, so you can get their attention and then start listing your grievances.
I am sure they will welcome your ideas with 'open arms' and massive fleets of concord ships will roll in just to 'listen' to you...
