me - 233392 mins = 3,889.86 hours = 162 days  someone tell me I worked that out wrong!!!
2nd account - 129418 mins = 2,156.96 hours = 89 days
3rd account - 7673 mins = 127 hours = 5 days

That means I have spent about one quarter of my life on Eve for the last three years. Only one quarter? Seems like more

I wonder how many relationships would have problems if someone's significant other were to receive an e-mail the amount of time spent in-game.

Argh. Can someone help me with this. Got up to the part where I click on the "blue module starting" line, and search for "logonMinutes:" but it doesn't find it. Tried searching for "logon" also, no go. After clicking on the "blue module starting line", all I see in the text box down below is "blue module starting" (heh). No logon info at all. Help?

So, really that works out at 172.47 days out of 300. More than 50% of your life in the last 10 months. That's assuming that the accounts weren't logged on at the same time.
Most people with multiple accounts have them all up at the same time, whether something is happening on that character or not. I know that there are at least 3 days on this character where I just forgot to close the client, leaving him logged in until downtime.

119 859 minutes = 83.2354167 days = 2.73469222 months
Since Feb. 2005 so not TOO bad. 
I could be grossed out and say to myself that I could have spent that time in a more productive manner - but I'd just be lying.

Sure. Follow these steps exactly:
1. Close Eve if it's already open.
2. Browse to the eve directory (C:\Program Files\CCP\Eve by default), and double click on logserver.exe. CCP Log Server comes up.
3. In the File menu, select New Workspace .
4. Start Eve, login and go back to the Log Server.
5. Scroll all the way back to the very first entry in the list (by now there should be hundreds if not thousands of entries) Select the very first entry by left clicking once on it. The entry text is "Blue Module starting".
6. Click on the Find button and search for "logonMinutes:".
7. Read the number of minutes in the bottom text portion of the screen.
You have to exit EVE, start the logserver, open a new workspace, and log back into the game for it to work.

128202 minutes -> 90 days for me since late '03 - lots of hauler missions though.
Just for reference, in the US a standard work year is 2080 hours (2000 hours with 2 weeks vacation)
Thats 124800 minutes (120000 with vacation).
At US minimum wage, thats roughly $11,000
At US mean wages, its almost $35,000
As if you didn't feel bad enough....

hmmm. . .this is odd, it seems to have worked but said that Ive only plaid a grand total of 23 hours. . . . I have about that much playing time each week. . .*currently 5 months play time.

Character is over 2 years old as of this month. So now I guess I don't feel as bad. BTW, when searching the log, be sure to include the colon at the end of "logonMinutes:" otherwise it doesn't give the right field for checking minutes.

Hmm, my eve habit isnt nearly as bad as I thought it was. Turns out that over 2.7 years (roughly) onl around 2.1696% of my time has been spent logged into the eve client......
Think I better start playing more.
