To be honest, if I only had interests in non-PvP activities then I wouldn't create a corp worth declaring on in the first place. Limit hauling activities to characters in an NPC corporation and put station-bound characters in the corp.
It's cheaper than paying off aggressors (which is like feeding pigeons) or paying mercs to dispatch them.

This man speaks the truth, although for obvious reasons I much prefer it when people pay mercs to dispatch threats :)

This would be effectivly my dream if i could hit high sec space.
Alliances are large and cumbersome. Your small and if you have ceptor squadrons running about your guna give them so much of a headache.

Ace I can feel for you, after all we had Black Veil Company declare war on Galactic Express this past week, during the time we were voting on joining The Guardian Coalition.
Being a primarily industrial/mining corp we don't have much in the way of combat assets, we have a few combatants just not many.
So well that kinda sealed our plans for us, we saw it as a no brainer to go ahead and join The Guardian Coalition.
I'm hoping the war will go away and we can just return to normal operations :).
Like someone said look at the merc list here and see about contacting one or two, check their rates and get some help. I was thinking of doing that myself, but since we were already voting on joining a local alliance, that seemed the better option for us at the time.
We've had some great friends do some scouting and support work for us, if you got some see if they can aid you in some way :).

Thanks for the advice. We're working on it and have several options open so not too worried atm.

and you would all end up in JITA getting smoked by concord cause the overview lagged and you targeted a noob pod or some crap and btw if you pod in empire out of war, concord kills everyone in your gang thats in system, so 1 screw up and you just blew up every single ship in your fleet. ONTOP OF adding to the massive stupidty that is called jita lagg.
You look at me and you laugh at the noob, but look at your wallet and see that insurance the SCC just paid you for your loss |

Booyeah! While your corp is falling around you you're the weakest link. Warp out at the first sign of trouble, warp in as the latest person to try and fight (lol). Atleast your corp mates finnaly see what a carebear you actually are. They are paying the price for your actions.

yes, funnily enough...so that's your first line of defense is it? file a petition to stop the war? lmao bro you should be ashamed.
the sad fact is we estimate you've already lost more than we originally demanded before the war went into effect, and that's not including implants...don't you want to go back to carebearing? don't you think your corpmates are sick of dying while you sit in the station
hopefully you're hiring some help, it would be better than this lame thread. if you don't like how this part of the game works, play another part, or better yet go play WoW.

to quote a better player than me... 'your either a killer of at the mercy of those who are'
personally i think that continueing a war should be more expensive, but it isnt and as such i guess we just have to sit back and enjoy the trill of WAR!!! and ummm... so on.
im sure theres a point or some wisdom in that lot somewhere

Clap old friend o7
The point I was trying to make with this thread was that system security levels don't seem to serve any purpose if people can pay concord to be allowed to attack you.
Unfortunately it got completely hijacked by our war enemies who proved as unsporting on the forum as in the game.
Enough. No more replies please -where there's an ace, there's a way- |

Ace: For the sake of heaven. Get your corp out of their miners or haulers and into cheap frigates.
You can equip em with t1 mods and fight back instead of being the victims.
A corp I used to belong to once found ourselves the subject of a wardec by a pirate corps. It was the best thing that ever happened to us. The dead weight and cowardly quit the corp and the ones who remained had a great week of fun fighting them as hard as we could.
For a million cash you can fit at least 5 frigates for pvp. You have to learn to get your pod out, but with there being no dictors or bubbles in empire thats a doddle. In short: stop carebearing for a week or two, you will have fun and be able to go down in flames with your self respect intact. Also your corp will have a new bond, bringing you all closer together as a team.
The object of eve is not, I repeat not to try to set a record for being blown up the least. Any PVPer worth his salt has lost his fair share of ships while learning the ropes. And a fair share of em after learning the ropes too.
Just get out of the mindset in which you are the Victim and accept that this is a huge part of what goes on in EVE every day. Fight the tide and you will surely be swept away.

Having sustainsed huge losses, well above the settlement fees, Ace and the majority of his [active] corp mates have left.
We did get some fights with a couple of AMPI members and I would like to thank those that fought us. However those that let their friends get ganked should be ashamed, you know who you are.

Thom: You are in no position to mention shame, and in no position to claim any kind of victory.
Don't presume to know what we're doing or why we're doing it, and don't write what you did as though it were fact here. It's dishonest.
Not content to just grief people in the game, you start forum trolling too.

Another reason such an interest might not work out in the long run is becuase there are many very good, highly skilled people that will seek out such aggressions for valid targets. People do jump around from corp to corp to fight wars, to fight just to fight.
